My goal was to get my teeth straightened for my wedding, even though it was only about 4 months away. They got the straightening mostly completed in that short span, took the braces off for the wedding and made a special retainer, then put the braces back on afterwards to finish the job. In short, they provided exactly the service I was looking for. The office is run incredibly efficiently and the staff are friendly. I never had to wait longer than 5 minutes to be seen. On 2nd day, we realized that our son forgot to bring his elastic band (needed to complete his latest stage of his brace). Since this trip is 2 weeks along, no band for 2 weeks might set his treatment back a while. I called Hamer & Glassick Orthdontics about 40 minutes prior their closing time and inquired if we can buy a couple bags of the elastic band. They said sure, just came in. We arrived 10 minutes prior to closing time. Our son showed the dental assistant which type he needed. In 2 minutes, she came out with 4 bags of elastic band and sent us on our way. Yes, the bands were free... My logic is this: if they are this nice to strangers, just imagine how good they will treat you if you are paying customers....

He's a father of five, a Virginia boy, born and raised, and he loves the community. He's super talented, and geeks out on the latest technology like 3D printing and "Indirect Bonding" to not only deliver better results, but a more convenient experience with less visits (cuz who wants to make trips to the orthodontist all the time?). And not only that but he does it for less money than a lot of others in the area.
