What's not to love about Mill Creek Orthodontics? Dr. Markus (Niepraschk) has been here for years (formerly as South Side) and he's such a great guy. He's a father of five, a Virginia boy, born and raised, and he loves the community. He's super talented, and geeks out on the latest technology like 3D printing and "Indirect Bonding" to not only deliver better results, but a more convenient experience with less visits (cuz who wants to make trips to the orthodontist all the time?). And not only that but he does it for less money than a lot of others in the area. Whether you're an adult patient, need treatment for your kids/teens, want regular braces, or are thinking about Invisalign, I'd definitely recommend him! dr. Markus is so amazing, we travel an hour just to see him. our first orthodontist didn't seem to care much about my concerns with my child's smile and his confidence, we got a second opinion with mill creek ortho and I couldn't imagine going anywhere else. doc and team have been extremely supportive and helpful in planning to get my boys smile back and I will be forever grateful. staff are all amazing, but our favorite is the little blonde Kenzey. she's knowledgeable, friendly and great with the kiddos. 10 stars! read more

Very friendly staff and good service. Smooth process. LOVED receiving ice cream after my check ups. They also give you a bag of soft foods to eat the day you get your braces, and give you a cup of candy at the end of treatment. Would highly recommend this orthodontist to my peers. read more

This orthodontist office deserves 6 stars. With four kids who would all need braces, I researched area orthodontists, and Mill Creek was the most reasonable. My oldest kiddo was the test-run with Dr. Niepraschk, and we had such an exceptional experience that the other 3 are now Mill Creek. Currently one has braces, another has Invisalign & the youngest is going for the free consultation every few months. They all really enjoy talking to Dr. Niepraschk, Laura is excellent, and Robin has accommodated our shifting schedule many times. I highly recommend Mill Creek. read more
