I communicated with Steve on multiple occasions leading up to our wedding day in Temecula. Steve arrived early to drop off supplies that day. Derek, who works with Steve, managed our wedding. Both did an amazing job and we couldn't have asked for better drinks or better bartenders . Bar none (no pun) these guys are the best at what they do. Jack read more

I can not recommend Hops and Grains enough. Steve and his team were truly the MVPs of our entire wedding and I'm SO grateful we decided to go with them. Steve was extremely responsive and answered all my questions in the months leading up to my wedding. We provided all the alcohol, and he made it an extremely easy process for us. On my wedding day, he took care of all our guests, made incredible drinks, and saved the day with a mid-wedding store run when we ran out of water. If you're in need of a bartender for any event, this is your place!!! Hops and Grains will be our go-to bartending service for any party or event moving forward. Thank you x10000 Steve! read more

11/10 recommend Hops and Grains! Steve was amazing from the very beginning. He is easy to get in contact with. He's punctual. He replies in a very timely manner and he's so easy to communicate and get along with. Super friendly and down to earth. He makes everything so seamless and easy with the planning and prepping. And the bar was the main attraction of my wedding night! All of my guests were so in love with the ambiance the bar gave the reception. It was such a memorable part of the wedding that just gave us that unique touch we wanted our guest to remember. Both Steve and the other bar tender we had (I'm so sorry I forgot his name) were beyond amazing!!! The other bar tender even made up a drink that ended up being my favorite. They are so skilled and talented. It was adorable, too! I never would've thought I could afford something like this but Steve's prices are absolutely amazing! I could not say enough good things about the entire experience with hops and grains from initial contact to their grand exit at the wedding. All of my guest waved them off shouting and applauding their phenomenal job. Thank you Hops and Grains for making my special night even more magical. This was the perfect touch to really make our wedding one for the books! read more

Where do I begin? I was planning a housewarming party for my mother in law as she has just made the big move from OC to Temecula. I did A LOT of research on trying to find the best mobile bartender around, and Steve did NOT disappoint. His converted horse trailer bar was such a beautiful addition to my mother's already amazing party vibe. Steve was very prompt in responses to my hundreds of questions and requests. He curated the whole menu and gave me a detailed shopping list of all items needed. There was about 100 people in attendance and no one had to wait long for their drinks. And the taste was always consistent and delicious. (ADD THE SPICY MARGARITA TO YOUR MENU!) He stayed longer than my booking time as the party went on longer than expected. Steve was amazing and really contributed to the overall atmosphere of the party with his beautiful trailer and his wonderful personality. Thanks again Steve! Hoping to plan another party soon! Cheers! read more

Steve and his team were incredible to work with. He provided a ton of insight before our wedding on how much alcohol we would need for our guest count. They provided all of the necessary items other than the alcohol. The bartenders were so friendly and kind and our bar never ran out of drinks. Will definitely use them again for other events and recommend to anyone who is getting married! read more

Very bad service, we were invited to this wedding which was very hot. Steve had soda on displays at his little bar, many of the guests started asking for sodas and he refused to give them sodas saying that he would not be able to serve drinks because the sodas would run out. Even when asking for a virgin margarita he wanted people to drink alcohol so he refused to serve non-alcoholic drinks. Also all of his drinks were prepared before the guests arrived it would have been better to rent a margarita machine and have coolers with drinks for the guests. Why when people asked for sodas did he not remove them from the little bar? When more than 2 or 3 people complain about the service something is wrong. People spend a lot of money on a wedding and what they want is for the guests to eat and drink well and enjoy the day with the bride and groom. They don't want family and friends complaining on a hot day because there are no drinks. I would never hire this business. read more

We had Steven at our wedding on March 26th. He was absolutely awesome! His bar was the perfect touch to our wedding. He let us pour from the tap for photos and was extremely professional. We were so happy we found him! Thank you Steven for the awesome service! read more

I'm very disappointed and angry with Steve and his team. When my ceremony was over my guest proceed to get drinks. I had a few pregnant women attend my wedding and they went up to the bartenders asking for juice/soda and the bartender denied them it and stated that the soda and juice were for alcohol drinks and that they would need to have it with alcohol because they didn't have enough! these women are PREGNANT WOMEN! when we heard this my husband immediately went Stright to the bar and demanded they serve them and that we would have someone go buy more. if you think this is the worst it's not! throughout the night they served drinks and were rude to most of my guest and hardly put any alcohol in their drinks! we have so much alcohol left. I was really disappointed and angry that I paid for so much alcohol only to receive most of it back! lastly, I ordered the hydration station, and it was nothing but hot water. They stated they put ice (which wasn't true) even my guest asked for ice and yet again they denied my guest another request. They were so unprofessional and did not have the right amount of product to serve a guest count that I provided many of times. I really hate writing reviews especially bad ones but when it comes to an important day of your life you want people to know how severely this company screwed up! please if you are booking a bartender do not book this one. I really relied on the reviews only to be disappointed. I hope this helps anyone who is looking for a bartender, please do not go with Steve and his team. read more

Having Steve be our bartender for our wedding was AMAZING! Him and his amazing wife treat you as if they have known you for ever. My guests loved the fun trailer and although I didn't have one, they raved about his cocktails. I was so glad I met him and decided to have him as a bartender. He was accommodating with my last minute booking and does everything he can to insure your day goes off with a hitch. I would never have thought to get an outside bartender but if you can do it! It's so much cheaper and due to that I got to have an open bar which was out of the question when using the venues bartender. Working with him was the easiest thing about my wedding and I will definitely recommend him to anyone and everyone I possibly can! read more

HIGHLY recommend Steve and his crew at Hops and Grains. We used them for bartending at our daughter's wedding and we were overly impressed with their service from beginning to end. Steve is a great communicator and often reached out to us throughout the process - helping us every step of the way with what and how much to buy - including very helpful charts and price lists. He was so accommodating, easy, and fun to work with, and it made the entire planning process so much easier! His crew went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed throughout the night. They were so professional, fast (never a line), extremely friendly to all of our guests (you kinda just wanted to hang out with them), and their drinks (and our own signature drinks) were made perfectly! We will not hesitate to have them at any other event we have in the future. Grab them if they're available! Thank you, Steve and crew! You are the best! read more

I don't know how we were so lucky to find Steve, and Hops & Grains mobile, to be the bartending service at my daughter's wedding, but I am really grateful. What an amazing business he runs, with professionalism, customer service, and true heart. Weather became an issue on the wedding day, and Steve and his staff handled it like the pros they are. With no notice they completely changed the plan and worked with us to give us the best time ever!
