I'm very disappointed and angry with Steve and his team. When my ceremony was over my guest proceed to get drinks. I had a few pregnant women attend my wedding and they went up to the bartenders asking for juice/soda and the bartender denied them it and stated that the soda and juice were for alcohol drinks and that they would need to have it with alcohol because they didn't have enough! these women are PREGNANT WOMEN! when we heard this my husband immediately went Stright to the bar and demanded they serve them and that we would have someone go buy more. if you think this is the worst it's not! throughout the night they served drinks and were rude to most of my guest and hardly put any alcohol in their drinks! we have so much alcohol left. I was really disappointed and angry that I paid for so much alcohol only to receive most of it back! lastly, I ordered the hydration station, and it was nothing but hot water. They stated they put ice (which wasn't true) even my guest asked for ice and yet again they denied my guest another request. They were so unprofessional and did not have the right amount of product to serve a guest count that I provided many of times. I really hate writing reviews especially bad ones but when it comes to an important day of your life you want people to know how severely this company screwed up! please if you are booking a bartender do not book this one. Where do I begin? I was planning a housewarming party for my mother in law as she has just made the big move from OC to Temecula. I did A LOT of research on trying to find the best mobile bartender around, and Steve did NOT disappoint. His converted horse trailer bar was such a beautiful addition to my mother's already amazing party vibe. Steve was very prompt in responses to my hundreds of questions and requests. He curated the whole menu and gave me a detailed shopping list of all items needed. There was about 100 people in attendance and no one had to wait long for their drinks. And the taste was always consistent and delicious. (ADD THE SPICY MARGARITA TO YOUR MENU!) He stayed longer than my booking time as the party went on longer than expected. Very bad service, we were invited to this wedding which was very hot. Steve had soda on displays at his little bar, many of the guests started asking for sodas and he refused to give them sodas saying that he would not be able to serve drinks because the sodas would run out. Even when asking for a virgin margarita he wanted people to drink alcohol so he refused to serve non-alcoholic drinks. Also all of his drinks were prepared before the guests arrived it would have been better to rent a margarita machine and have coolers with drinks for the guests. Why when people asked for sodas did he not remove them from the little bar? When more than 2 or 3 people complain about the service something is wrong. People spend a lot of money on a wedding and what they want is for the guests to eat and drink well and enjoy the day with the bride and groom. They don't want family and friends complaining on a hot day because there are no drinks. I would never hire this business. read more
