Pick up was 4 hours later and they forgot to turn off the water when they unplugged everything. Unfortunately, not expecting our water to still be on, and being busy, nobody noticed until early morning the next day. Needless to say, our grass is now a swamp. When I reached out to them about this, I got an apology, and an assurance that they have never been contacted regarding something like this in the 17 years they've been in business. They then said they would speak with their staff about this. There was no attempt to try to make it right initially. They reached back out to me today and offered a small refund to compensate for the water being left on, which is in line with what I would expect a business to do. I have therefore modified my review and would consider using them again.

They offered a refund via Venmo through text, but that would not work because it was a company card. We ended up having to dispute the charge.
