When I returned the woman's call she told me they had no plans to be in my area but would contact as soon as they were. Phones back in a second time a month later and again the same response. Now renewal time for 2025 is here again and they still have not performed the annual for 2024 and when I asked why I was rudely told they called once so it's my fault and they made no record of my attempts to schedule. The woman was rude telling me I can cancel anytime until I mentioned my reason for calling originally was to increase our services to include additional regular pest control treatments. Well this changed her attitude and blew me away, as a paying customer I get talked to like I am an inconvenience and free to leave anytime but as soon as more money was available to take from me, "How can we help you". As an Infantry Vet the LAST thing I'm going to put up with is being robbed (charged) for crappy service and disrespect. If you can't respect me respect my money but in this case, I'll take my ball and go home. No room for the "Blue Falcon" treatment you get from this company.

They failed to mention the $800.00 charge for the initial inspection and treatment and...the actual inspector told my mom it would be $450.00. Here's the kicker. Because they don't have a person skinny enough (their words) to fit under the house, they will be glad to take the money, but if the treatment fails and you get termites they aren't liable for any damage. Do yourself a favor, use someone else.
