Attached are some of the pieces I've purchased and redone.

As luck would have it the The Junk Genie team actually picked up the phone and were available that afternoon. They gave us a rough estimate over the phone and were able to meet us within a couple hours of calling! Great communication also! These folks are pros and had all the equipment, tools, and people power they needed to clear our 20x10 storage bin and even swept up and used a blower to get rid of final dirt and debris so we could get our cleaning deposit back from the storage place. It was a full load of difficult and odd shaped items. The team handled it professionally and quickly. I would highly reccomend this company for your junk removal needs. Very impressed with Junk Genie!

Upon arriving at 5:00 I realize that the dining table I purchased only had 7 chairs so I started to look for additional chairs but to no avail. I asked for help but was treated so poorly. Upon asking for manager was informed that Linette was the new manager and that the old manager received a promotion was gone and she was in charge. There was another young, big white man and he was even ruder than the manager. I used my self control, but I wanted to buy some plants but we were a bother to the new manager who at 5:42 started shutting down put her backpack on turn lights off turned big fan off as I stood at cash register waiting to pay. When I said it's not 6:00 pm yet she got more angry and ignored me and sent the other rude man who rang me up without 75% percent off had to show him. When asked his name twice he gave me dirty look and didn't answer in all I left very sad that I drove 60 miles all together to be treated with such hostility and poor customer service. I hope they make changes as they move and change the manager because she has no leadership and per other reviews I'm not the only to feel this.

When they first opened i really didn't like them but they've improved a lot. It's mostly clothing, I'd say about 35% women's clothing and shoes, 30% men's clothing and shoes, 20% kids clothing (few shoes), and 15% furniture and housewares. Prices are good for modern thrifting. Most women's pieces were $5, shoes at $10 and they have a clearance rack at $1.99. They have sales by tag color same as any thrift and when I went on Labor day they had 50% off everything except red tag. Service was friendly and excellent. Everything is well organized. The only problem is it's small and very cramped.

This thrift girl couldn't resist visiting the new All Community Outreach resale store!! Let me tell…read moreyou, it's a game-changer compared to the old ACO location on Main Street, Allen, Texas. I enjoyed my visit and bought too much, lol. The store is massive -- more clothing and definitely more furniture, home decor, and housewares. If you are a book lover like me, you will appreciate the Diane Schoch Book Nook. The selection of adult and children's books was impressive. Lots of fiction, non-fiction, hardbacks, paperbacks, videos, etc, etc, etc. Everything in the store was organized and inviting, and the prices are competitive for our area. TIP: ACO has created a division inside the store called: Patricia Ann McGarity Volunteer Center. It offers wonderful opportunities for the community to help in many ways. Heads up for those of you trying to earn community service hours for scouts, scholarships, personal goals, etc. What's truly inspiring is how this store supports our local community. Donations go to needy families first (I'm not sure how you can enroll). I know that items not selected roll over into the resale store, and those proceeds help fund and assist with other kinds of support. FIVE STARS!!
