It is still unknown whom they are accredited by and she mentions that I was offered a refund. I was actually told to leave and could get a refund and when I contacted her afterwards she refused the refund (actually, she just kept replying with a laughing emoji) she looked very scruffy and dirty so forgive me if I expect someone who at least looks clean. My boss even called because of the refusal to refund her. The only reason I got a refund in the end was because they were told that a claim would be made to receive the refund that they were refusing. They even hung up the phone on my boss when she was insistent about seeing the video footage that didn't exist. It seems Rhoda wants to play cat and mouse with this but I have full proof of the whole debacle in text messages and a recorded phone conversation. The fact that they have responded to my review the way they did then felt it necessary to stalk me on yelp and then leave unnecessary comments to my reviews of other places says it all. You need to let it go Rhoda, you're not making a good impression here.

I was thrilled with results, and she'll never know I had a little help! I drove 34 miles from Pearland based solely on YELP reviews and her email responses. We shared emails over a couple of weeks, then I thought I had it! But I didn't. She got me in right away, we did some trouble shooting. Since this was a private lesson, she actually did some of the sewing for me. Top stitching on satin binding. My straight stitch sewing on satin is all over the place. I was so pleased and GRATEFUL for her help. My appt wears far above MY expectations. Her studio is just the right size to show she knows what she's doing and comfortable for a private lesson. I learned to change needle and pin size for satin binding, the technique up close (much better than YouTube), a miracle way to do ruffles, and received advice on other issues.
