They never contacted me nor anyone else on the emergency contact list. I called furious and they had no report or explanation. Nobody knew what happened, the next morning was when my son woke up with a bruise and a swollen eye, I immediately unenrolled him and went up there so they can see for themselves, still no explanation. I told Mrs.Perri I would report them to cps and she begged that I don't because she would get to the bottom of it. Till this day I have yet to know, weather it was negligence or someone hit my son. I highly recommend that you please go find a better daycare. They are always accepting children but it is because all they care about is money. The children to teacher ration is by law and they don't follow it. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. None of the teachers here understand English nor speak it well, save your time and money and suffering and take your Buisness else where. Parents, read this before you consider Brain Balance…read more My experience with Brain Balance specifically with Frank Amuto,was stressful, dehumanizing, and completely unacceptable. I chose to cancel after realizing the program is not covered by insurance and is not recognized as evidence-based care by insurers or standard clinical pathways. That was not made clear upfront, and it should have been before any financial commitment. What followed was worse. After cancelling, I was given information about my financing and the bank that did not match what the bank later confirmed directly. There was constant back and forth, conflicting information, and I was being pressured about money I did not owe. At one point, I was told that if I did not pay additional money, I would not receive my financing back. Let that sink in. Frank Amato's behavior escalated the situation. His communication was rude, dismissive, and condescending. He crossed a personal line by questioning my judgment as a parent, including making comments about why I chose to have a child with my child's father. That is completely inappropriate and unacceptable. Nothing was resolved until I escalated and brought the bank directly into the conversation to force transparency. Only then did the information finally align, the refund get processed, and the loan get closed. This entire experience created real fear around my finances and my credit -- something no parent should have to deal with, especially while caring for a child with ADHD. For clarity, my child is now doing well and receiving therapy that is evidence-based and covered by insurance. Be extremely careful. Verify everything directly with your lender. Get everything in writing. Do not rely on verbal assurances.
