This time, the class was a manageable size with 2 instructors. I feel like class went SO much better and I made a lot more progress on my project. The teacher was able to catch some of my mistakes and correct them and I was also able to ask questions. I'm really glad I gave it another try, and I'm looking forward to finishing my project.

I told her she was breaking the federal law then she offered me a spot way in the back by myself so no one would complain. I immediately asked for a refund as that was discriminatory. I cannot believe I was treated this way trying to learn a new hobby. But now reading the other reviews it seems I have dodged a bullet by not taking this class.

CompuTrain provided coffee and breakfast for the class. And it moved at a very good pace throughout the day, with enough breaks to make everybody comfortable. I would like to say thank you to my CDL school - Kings CDL. In Houston we have a lot of schools,…read morebut most of them do not teach properly and don't have a right methodology. With Kings CDL I managed to get my CDL permit two days after completion of 2 weeks training course. These 2 weeks of studying were intense and we had to spend 9 hours every day learning how to do pre trip as well as how to learn to drive such a big vehicle. Within 2 weeks, I turned from a guy, who doesn't even know how brakes work to a skilled truck driver, who can easily drive truck with trailer , do parallel parking and able to perform full pre trip inspection as well as brake test. After 2 weeks of studying , I can disassemble the whole truck and locate all the components of that vehicle. We start our education with mister Tony, who is a professional CDL teacher, whose main focus was on a pre-trip. By the end of the first week, all students from our group learned how to do form A,B,C. Mister Maj and Ryadg taught us how to drive tractor and control trailer. I was really surprised that with their techniques and tips even unexperienced drivers could do off set backing by the end of the first week. With Reeza we learned how to do the actual road test, where we have to pay attention to traffic, turns and perform emergency stop. Overall, I am very satisfied with my training and happy that I got my CDL so quick. I would recommend this school to anyone. My rating 5 out of 5!

She has a way of making everyone feel comfortable, even when inexperienced. Although I have been an EMT for over 17 years, it's been a long time since I was in a classroom setting and appreciated how she tailored some aspects of the core curriculum to my needs. Her teaching style is clear, hands-on, and full of patience. She doesn't just teach the material she makes sure you understand it, feel confident in it, and knows how to apply it in the real world. And if you mess up, she's right there with encouragement and guidance, never judgment. If you engage in active listening, show up on time (every time) and practice safe lab procedures you will ace the class with no problem. Take it seriously, phlebotomy is the first line in medical care. I would highly recommend and may reach out in the future to see if there are any opportunities to work alongside her at the school in the future.
