Hands down my favorite place to get BLS recertification (done so 3x already over the past 6 years…read moreat other places). The instructor was very upbeat and cheerful and got us through the session with constructive feedback with our CPR techniques. Even though it was a 4 hour course, the instructor made time fly by. The mannequins were thoroughly cleaned before our class started and we were given sanitary wipes multiple times during our session to ensure they were clean after each use. COVID precautions were definitely taken and the instructors had their masks on and the room was ventilated with a fan. Seating was 1 person per table which allowed for adequate social distancing. On top of everything, pricing was probably the best in town at around $45 ($60 with AHA book). Very professional and kind staff that went out of their way to make the courses pleasant. I will be coming back 2 years from now for my next recertification!

I did receive antibiotics and an IV, One of the ladies told me on the phone that was fine and she re- enrolled me in the courses to start over, Then I start getting text messages from another lady in the office saying that my note did not suffice and they needed One that was itemized, showing the reason that I was at the doctor in the first place. This is against HIPAA law, and they were trying to make me pay to do The courses again. Then they text me again offering for me to pay $100 to redo only day two as a "favor" This was completely invasive, and I felt like I was being interrogated for why I went to the doctor, Mind you I had a doctors note to prove that I was there, I'm 39 years old and never experienced this even as a High school student. The letter had the clinic letterhead on it, and was signed by the nurse, I called the nurse and she said to have them call her, but she would not be discussing why I was there because it's against HIPAA. Needless to say money down the drain and I will not be returning to the school I cannot believe how attacked I felt over me getting sick. It was very strange..... To say the least You're also complete full of it with your response, there is a physician and it's a wellness clinic allowed to administer iv and antibiotics, I didn't miss class to go get Botox. I filed a claim with the dept of health and human services so please don't attempt to be professional now ..... direct violation of my hipaa rights and I have doctors notes and receipts to back everything up. They took my call and answered my questions and told me someone would call me back. Within a minute Sarah called me back and was able to get me set up with a previously recorded zoom class. The customer service here is far above anything I've ever experienced at any other school I've attended. Thank you guys so very much. Y'all are amazing. JB.

Horrible place! They did not do a test strand on my child's hair. They told her that her hair would…read morenot lift due to previous color. What they did not tell her is that it would discolor her hair. They lifted it so much it was purple white. Then they blamed my child for her previous color when they used product they knew wouldn't work. And when I held them accountable they were dismissive. They hit her face countless times. Yanked and pulled her hair. And the worst part is it was a licensed cosmetologist TEACHER who did most of the work. And then kept saying they are students! Orbit you weren't. Student were you?!?! Do not go here they plop color on your head and ruin it with no remorse and call it a learning opportunity. A young girls hair is a large part of her confidence. And they took that away! Shame on you for operating this way! Shame on you! I hope you close down! Even your students think the teachers are horrible and rude and disrespectful! These are people not mannequins!

Mr instructors worked with me and assured me, that Female Electrical Techs and Engineers were in High Demand. I used what l learned to land a job with FEMA. I will always be graceful

Graduated in 2019, no real complaints…read more Had a very good atmosphere and the staff does really care for their students. I am really glad I went to this high school and the only real regret I have is not taking full advantage of the opportunities afforded to me. I would say for anyone attending that finding a productive club that teaches you new skills was probably the most valuable asset I could regularly use and meeting new people was always a good time.
