I got the paperwork & Debbie (the instructor) got stuck on the phone (all the while making the talking hand motion to me & rolling her eyes), until after 9:20. (Keep in mind that I was there for a full Brazilian laser hair removal.) Once I was excourted to the room, it was the actual classsroom. 3 long tables for students with the table for me & the equiptment, front & center in the room. I was then informed that THREE students would be doing my laser treatment, in sections. I was taken aback, but Debbie assured me that no other students would be entering the room, once I was undressed & undergoing the procedure. (She was mistaken). The ladies all stepped out for me to disrobe & returned in a few minutes. Before they could get started, one of them kicked the plug out of the socket, so they had to recalibrate the laser. In my past experience, parts to be lasered were wiped down with a sterile solution, but they proceeded with out, so I asked about it & was told that unless the client is unclean, they usually don't bother with that. Then most of the actual treatmet when well. I have ZERO pain tolerance, but they worked with me very well (most of them admitting how they handled their own treatments - everything from valum to swearing loudly) & in under an hour my treatment was finished. At one point, another student did open the door & walk in. The doos has an arm above, so it took several seconds to close on it's own. This student who was not part of my treatment crew made no apologies, nore did she try to make an effort to actually close the door behind her. Yes, it was very painful at 1st, but as I told them what hurt & where, they accomated me with adding an ice pack, sonogram gel, & the chiller. I booked my next appointment in 6 weeks, so from this very admittedly anxious patient with no pain tolerance at all, just know that I am so grateful for the recommendation & plan to ultimately have all of the areas that I currently shave lasered at this location.

I enrolled my son expecting structured training and support, but what we experienced was very different. The staff made promises during enrollment that were not followed through once he started. Make sure you get everything in writing, because what is said upfront does not match reality. In many cases, students were assigned YouTube videos instead of receiving hands-on instruction. There were frequent times when the teacher didn't show up, and students were moved between classes due to a lack of supplies. Even more concerning, students were often left unsupervised while instructors stayed in the office on their phones. This is not the level of education or accountability you expect when paying this kind of money. It feels like the school has stopped caring about student success. Don't put yourself into this kind of debt without getting the value you deserve.

The lady who answers the phone, Susan Seeton, has a bit of a bad attitude, but was a great classroom instructor. She explained every concept thoroughly, and made sure you understood before moving on. The driving instructors, on the other hand, didn't seem to have any redeeming qualities. My final time was with a black gentleman (I don't remember his name), and he had a terrible attitude, was rude, and unprofessional. After I had gotten in the car, he asked me what to do next, I said "buckle up." and for some reason he mocked me for saying this and got angry i didn't say it in a more proper tone ?? He would scream at me and slam his fists on the dashboard if I did not change lanes quickly enough, said he hoped I would hit the curb so he could hear me scream, and embarrassed me in front of a woman in the backseat, who was also a student. He stressed that I should turn the wheel "hand-to-hand", which no normal driver does, and the technique made me turn sloppy and far too slow for traffic. Anytime I would turn the normal way, he would grab my hand and try to force me to turn the wheel the dumb way. genuinely contemplated finding a place to park and switching right then and there. If it was not for the classroom instruction, I would've given the place one star.
