They were the only nail salon that had 4 stars plus on every site. Went in a Saturday morning when its typically busy, there were three people ahead of me. However, within 40 minutes I was in the chair. They did an excellent job and paid attention to every detail. Dana did my nails in my perfect, preferred shape. I always wear my nails in an extra pointy almond shape (not quite stiletto) and she nailed it! I'll definitely be back again.

Though I had issues with their booking system online, I called and they were happy to help me. I like how in spite of them being busy they were able to calmly work with everyone even walk ins. I can't say enough great things about this place! Reasonably priced, super clean, lovely music, big TVs and both mine and my mother's nail techs were super friendly and genuine. I do like how they offer a punch card if you use cash. Only things I would say that I didn't love is that I felt like their nail heater thingy at the end felt weak and their decor was a bit confusing. Also, if you're looking to go get your nails and get other errands done, there's not much nearby to get to quickly to shop for. The shopping center is kind of slow but at least that means good parking. Overall, I would definitely come here again if I'm back in the area!

Its warm and inviting ambiance is created by the salon's modern and laundered décor. It's friendly, and the staff are gracious. Welcoming, grand conversations with the staff and other customers. In every aspect of my visit, Hiya's Beauty Salon made me feel like a valued customer and now part of their family. I cannot express enough how delighted I am with the outstanding service and exceptional results I received. The pricing is beyond fair, especially considering I've been to places that performed well below Hiya's standards and charged so much more. From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted with warm hospitality and an inviting ambiance that set the tone for what turned out to be an excellent experience. The owner and staff are very professional, blended with humor and comfort. The moment I sat in the stylist chair I felt so relaxed, like with an old friend. I recently had a stroke and was having brain surgery, and she made me feel like a queen, safe and secure. She was beyond creative with ideas and suggestions. The owner took the time to understand my hair, goals, and preferences thoroughly. She listened and offered expert advice and guidance. She also understood my needs and fears with upcoming brain surgery. All the staff had a deep knowledge of various styles and techniques, and their attention to detail ensured that every strand got the best treatment. There's no doubt that the stylists at Hiya's are talented, well-trained, and experienced. They did a fantastic job cutting my hair, applying color flawlessly, and styling it. I got a hairstyle that was perfect for my facial features and personality. Not only did Hiya's provide exceptional service, but they also used top-notch products.
