On one occasion when he ordered a chest X-ray and insurance refused the order. He went out of his way to get it done, he got on the phone insisted it needed to be done, re-did paperwork at their request, let me know what was happening and finally had the order accepted. I was especially relieved when the test showed problematic cells and a partially collapsed lung. The practice in general is friendly, the office is clean and convenient.
