At least half of the massage was done with her rough dry hands, possibly 15 minutes was with oil, and the last few minutes would include the times she would walk out of the room and then come back (3 times). The lady didn't seem to have any training and minimal experience. This was the worst experience I've ever had for a message. By the end, she could tell I was annoyed. My back felt worse than when I went in. DO NOT GO HERE!!! Spend your money elsewhere.
