I had the pleasure of dining at this location just today February 2026. I ordered a mice sandwich besides salad and I had the pleasure of being served by a girl named Morgan who was absolutely phenomenal. I couldn't recommend her highly enough. She was on top of everything very friendly very professional just really great server and the food was great too. The ambience was really good. I mean for a Hooters that is it was clean well kept so if you're in the mood for a sandwich or winds probably I would definitely recommend this Hooters. Very good service. Everytime I come here the food is always good! Sam the bartender takes great care of me and the others at her bar. Her smile is infectious and her sense of humor is always light hearted and very funny. A little confusing when you enter, did not know whether to sit myself or wait..finally went over and asked and was told I could sit anywhere...I was greeted promptly once sat and drink order taken and then ordered Buffalo Shrimp and an order of Medium Wings and a side of Potato Salad ..I ordered this much food since I had a free order of Shrimp and wanted to bring food home..Buffalo Shrimp delivered first and they were absolutely delicious with the right a mint of sauce , tried two of those and I would order those again for sure now that I know how good they are ...Wings arrived nice and fresh, a long with the Potato Salad...Wings were good but they were not Medium heat on them, tasted like they forgot the sauce but ate two Wings and was satisfied...Potato Salad was very good tried a bite of that and would order again as well ...it was a little busy in here for the time of day it was and it may be because of the location by the College ..all in all a good experience.... read more

West End Dallas Location: I had the pleasure of being served by Janice at Hooters, and she was amazing! From the moment we sat down, she greeted us with a big smile and made us feel welcome. She was very attentive, checked on us often without being overbearing, and made sure our food and drinks came out just right. America's economy over the past 50 years has transitioned from a industrial based one to one based on services. The unsung heroes of the modern economy are those front line men and woman of the service/hospitality industry. I've been apart of this industry myself for nearly 28 years. I value and respect good quality service more than anything. It's the single most motivating factor in determining where I'm going to spend my money. This is also going to date me but I've been visiting Hooters locations nationwide for over 20 years. Nothing is more American than Hooters. I'm originally from St Louis, Missouri and moved to Tampa in 2014. Of course I tried out all the area Hooters then decided to make the North Tampa/USF location my spot. Most of the servers at this location in my experience are students attending primarily USF. Since visiting this location in 2014 for the first time I've cycled through 4-5 Hooters girls I've visited as a regular. This due to large part to them moving on from college. I moved to Clearwater about 2 1/2 years ago due to situations surrounding the pandemic. My previous Hooters girl was leaving for another job and as of the summer of 2021 I had planned on not making the drive anymore to N Tampa. But there was a chance meeting with a newer Hooters girl Iliana Rodriguez. After sitting with her for one visit I saw all the potential she would have with Hooters. I not only wanted to highlight her because of who she is but the attributes she has displayed that make her everything that Hooters strives to be. I know girls like her don't work for the company forever. Most like Iliana have incredibly bright futures. But they should be recognized for the high quality assets they are to a company like yours. I predicted to her the first time meeting her a year and half ago all the successes she would have. I knew Original Hooters would recognize the same qualities in her that I saw with all the years experience I've had in the industry. She made a phenomenal Miss Tampa 2022 and I could not think of another young woman more better suited to represent your brand locally. This highlighted even more than the decision to feature Miss Tampa Iliana on billboards in the area and Chicago. I've probably visited her more than any other girl since moving to Florida. It's mainly because I know I'm going to be treated like a friend with fantastic guest service skills and everything Hooters expects from its stars. Of which she is the brightest. I hope Original Hooters and Hooters of America continues to reward employees like her. It's so hard to be a full time student, excel in school and professionally. The place was not busy, but lunch crowd was moderate and the place was clean and the ambiance was nice and the girls were even nicer. We ordered our food and drinks and Erin was so pretty and was so nice. She was taking care of alot of customers. This lady was awesome and has a awesome attitude. Ordered (20) All Drums Hot Wings, (12) Blue Cheese, (2) Curly Fries from Hooters through Uber Eats. Only received the Fries first time from delivery person (bag felt light but she said that was all they gave her). Then filed Missing Items from Uber Eats after speaking with a Manager Richard at Hooters, who assured me he would oversee the next order I placed to help ensure that it would be correct. Placed a New Order for the same (20) All Drums Hot Wings and (12) Blue Cheese, wouldn't you know it, they again forgot 1/2 the order (10) Wings and Kennedy rang the order up incorrect as (10) Wings on their Receipt stapled to the bag. But I did pay and order from Uber Eats (20) Wings, so it was most definitely Hooters that made the mistakes. Called Hooters and the lady that answered the phone said they were busy and she was Rude to me, finally put me through some other Manager who indicated Richard was not there now and that I would need to again contact Uber Eats (he didn't listen that i had their incorrect receipt so was not an uber problem), then to make matters even worse he abruptly hung up on me afterwards. Terrible they couldn't get a Simple Order Correct Two Times in a row and Horrible business etiquette that they did not want to make anything right on any level, such as perhaps offering to send me a small gift card for the (10) Missing Wings or a even a Dinner on them. They do NOT even deserve the (1) STAR that I gave them and not sure how this place stays in business. Very very very Disappointed in their Establishment and Management or complete lack of to be more precise !!! Headed here after catching an evening play @ USF. We were both hungry; this location was close. Unfortunately, we won't be back. THE PROS-- (1) This location is open until 11 PM after most eateries have closed, (2) there are approximately 25 wall TVs for patrons to catch their favorite sporting events, (3) The $5.99 Chocolate Mousse Cake slice (not made on site) was rich & delicious, & (4) There's a covered outside patio-- bring a canine. THE CONS-- (1) The acoustics are HORRIBLE; we had to scream across the booth to be able to communicate (2) The overhead lights were uncomfortably bright, (3) the eight $12.09 Naked Wings (Garlic Parmesan) were PATHETIC-- tiny w/ little meat on all but two, & almost flavorless (SEE PIC), (4) The blue cheese on the $10.99 Blue Cheese Burger tasted funny, as though it might be spoiled, (5) the $5 margarita was served w/o salt & tasted more like a hard (but weak) Lemonade, (6) although the likely pre-packaged, pre-frozen mozzarella cheese sticks were good, the marinara was dark, too thick, & didn't taste fresh, (7) an incorrect order sat on our table for awhile; we watched our server pick it up & deliver it to another table-- not cool, (8) our waitress didn't offer a simple apology for delivering my entree while my companion had to wait while the order was resubmitted, and (9) staff seated three women (who majorly wreaked of weed) beside our table when they should have been seated outside on the patio or at least in the front room where there were few patrons. (I have zero issues w/ adults smoking weed, but I have an issue w/ pungent odors forced on me, especially while eating.) Hooters has been serving wings since 1983-- it's known for its wings, so to serve anyone the wings I received tonight is a disgrace. Additionally, the loud volume inside (even when the dining areas weren't full) makes this a lousy place to gather w/ a significant other, family, friends, etc. The last time I had stopped in @ a Hooters was in 1988 @ the Hillsborough Ave location; except for the slightly different bright orange & white "uniforms" worn by the female staffers, it's apparent that over the years too much has changed. So here's the deal, the wife loves the buffalo shrimp at hooters and so we have become regulars. Fine by me, I love drinks and chicken wings so no complaints. Overall, we've never had a bad experience here. Leaving review for the last time we were hear about two weeks ago. Pros: - Staff are always very friendly and attentive. We always sit outside which at some places can mean you are forgotten but we've never had that experience. - I really love the outdoor seating and most of all how they built the back deck around a giant oak tree instead of chopping it down. Huge kudos on that. - The food is always good. The tater tots are my new addiction. We got buffalo shrimp and chicken and a fried Groupon sandwich with potato salad. I must admit I was impressed with the potato salad. - The drinks are good, I like the dragon berry mojito (only issue and the reason for four stars is that the flavor of the drink and alcohol content varies tremendously). Cons: - other than the lack of consistency on the drink side (and I know what you are probably thinking, it's hooters, order beer!) I have nothing bad to say. I think I have found the worst Hooters in the world. Accept for Sam a waitress Anything and everyone sucks. The cooks, none wore mask. Cooks seemed more concerned about hooking up with the waitress. I did not like the cook staff looks or attitude, ( verbal arguments with staff), so I ordered a hamburger. It was ok, my brother ordered wings bone-in. Mistake, they were not done. This place is a real mess. Hooters should be ashamed to allow this business to remain open. I'm thinking about never going to another Hooters again. Went to this Hooters yesterday for happy hour. #1 problem is there is no happy hour. #2 problem is that I always drink Crown Royal if drinking and they had none and waitress said have been out of it for about a month. I don't do flavors because they did have Apple Crown but not the same. #3 there are no desserts listed on their menu. Waitress was great and the salad I had was good but was disappointed. 6 months ago we came here and a man literally got arrested for refusing to wear a mask before being seated, the manager called the cops this time when we went, the people who were not wearing a mask/wearing a mask properly was the MANAGER (barely covering his mouth the entire time we were there) and two guys (just straight up not wearing them) that the MANAGER took to a table. Worst first experience ever. It's was 8:00pm , pretty slow . Greeted told to sit wherever. Our waitress couldn't remember her name , started off with snarky remarks. She takes our drink order which only consisted of 2 waters and a margarita. After less than 5 she comes back, basically rushed us to take our order . I believe it was 35 minutes before it came out . My colleagues and I decided to splurge today Friday June 10th for lunch. We have been so busy taking care of our patients that we didn't have time to leave. We decided to have our food delivered (less than 10 minutes away). We ordered fried pickles, Buffalo chicken salad, wings and the Hooter's original salad. Our food was practically on the gross side. The salads must have been about a week old, soggy had a foul scent. The pickles were without breading more like a light dusting and ours wings were without sauce. Dear Managers, Please provide training to your staff as this food (if that is what one might say to call it) was completely a disappointment. You know what to expect when you go to Hooters. This review is for the usf area store. We had a large group of 15 people and the servers were super friendly and helpful. A bit slow but the restaurant was full at lunch time so that's understandable. It was the birthday of one of the people in our group and they came out brought dessert and sang happy birthday. Very accommodating to our group, we appreciate the hospitality. Most people had buffalo shrimp and they raved about it. Not too many healthy options on the menu but again when you go to hooters you know what to expect. read more

TL;DR - standard Hooters FIrst and foremost, I LOVE the breaded wings at Hooters and its the main reason I come here. I swear! It also helps that the "scenery" and "decor" is always nice at this particular location. I've never had any major problems with the service here. The girls are usually on top of things and food comes out quick. Once in a while they'll forget something I asked for but it happens. During non peak hours, they're usually just standing by the door greeting customers and are available to help if needed. My only gripe is that they could use more deals on food and drinks. Wings, give or take, are about a dollar each regardless of how many you order. Actually, pitchers aren't too bad at 7-8 bucks each. Wish they had a happy hour menu then I'd definitely be here everyday but I guess one can dream.... This Hooters is one of the WORST locations out there. I tried calling for a to-go order and they kept me on hold for OVER 15 minutes. Drove by the location and there was NO ONE in the parking lot. It was absolutely ridiculous. When we go to this location, the servers are so slow and extremely rude. This location needs to step up their game or they will be losing SO MANY CUSTOMERS. Im new to the area and was craving Hooters. I read the reviews and was unsure if I should drive to a further Hooters and bypass this one, but I gave it a try and was not disappointed. Other than the hostess who's too busy on her phone to acknowledge any customers, the food came out hot, the service was quick, the cooks were wearing proper ppe, changing gloves as necessary, and the bartender was very sweet. Yes the wings were good but when you have wings usually the dips come with it like ranch or blue cheese they overcharge for the sides of ranch for each additional it's $.99 I don't find that to be very tasteful especially if you order a $27 wing they're adding on the extras if you want to pay the extras go to this place if not I recommend somewhere else right. read more

Amazing food. We ordered on Uber Eats, so I haven't experienced dining in. But the food was so good. We ordered the Philly cheesesteak sandwich and the pretzels with cheese dip. The steak with the veggies was fresh and hot and the pretzels were so soft. The cheese dip was a little spicy, so it would have been nice to get two different types of cheese dip since they give you two containers anyways, but other then that the order was all very good. Came here from a softball game & needed to watch a basketball game. This is a nice place with plenty of TVs to choose from, did not have a problem finding our game. I had 8 naked wings in mid sauce & FIL had a burger. All was good, Brittany was a delight & put up with us. Had a couple of beers, blue moon & shock top with chocolate cheese, that was good. I only review a restaurant that's really good, or reallly bad. Today I had an experience in a Hooters location that really surprised me, since I've been a Hooters patron in other locations for years This was my first attempt to eat near The USF campus. I should have known there was a problem when I walked in at noon, and the place was empty. A very nice young lady sat me down at a table for 6 closest to the rest rooms with my back to the sink area just outside the rest rooms I revived an ice tea quickly, and ordered a Cesear Salad with chicken As I waited, the overwhelming smell of bleach became stronger and stronger.... I moved to another table, but it didn't help. I guess I must be sensitive to it, because my eyes were burning, turned red and I couldn't stop choking.... I finally asked for my food "to go" By the time I got to where I could sit down, stop choking, and try to eat the salad, it was a cold pile of mush that ended up in the garbage And yes, I paid for the meal. read more
