My friends and I were looking for a quick bite before an event we were going to so decided to stop here. We all ordered a drink and got the lots of tots for an appetizer. One of my friends and I got wings and my other friend got a chicken sandwich. The lots of tots was described as a mountain of tots but was more like a molehill. There was barely any bacon on it but overall it was still tasty. My wings were decent. My friends wings had a dry rub and there was barely and seasoning. It looked like some was just sprinkled on top, you could see a little pile under her wings so they were very tasteless. My other friends chicken sandwich was the worst. The bread looked stale and like it had been sitting out. She got Buffalo chicken but there was practically no sauce and it was so dry she couldn't eat it. Our waitresses weren't the nicest but there was a large party next to us who was having issues and one of the guys there was being pretty hard on our server so i think it was bothering her a bit. We were left alone for a while and by the time they finally did come check on us and offer my friend something else to eat, we had to go to our event so she wound up not getting dinner. I'm very disappointed in this Hooters Location. I've got a problem with a couple of things here. Came here a few times recently and it's just gone down hill badly. First time, came here and ordered buffalo shrimp with curly fries. The shrimp was SUPER SMALL, even Wal-Mart shrimps are bigger than that and the fries were not even hot, and I was sitting at the bar waiting on it you would've thought it would have came out piping hot. On the second visit, ordered 10 Wings, Naked-All Flats-Honey Thai. Flavor was very good BUT once AGAIN, Wings were SUPER SMALL & I paid for all flats and the meat on each wing was nearly nonexistent. Then you have to pay extra for everything, extra sauce, ranch or bleu cheese and Celery. Now I don't have a problem paying for food period but for the portion sizes on the meals for the amount you pay it really isn't worth it. Which is sad. Bathrooms are always dirty but it's never really busy unless late nights on Fri & Sat. Came for lunch yesterday. Server was sweet. Made a mistake by charging full price for fries when I was told it was a dollar upcharge, which was meant for the cheese sauce that came out cold with cold fries. Had the fries remade, hot! But not fully cooked LOL oh well. We also got a burger with setup on the side and it came out full of grilled onions. I ate the corner piece with no onion on it and it was very juicy and tasty. The kind manager discounted half the burger for the inconvenience. THE MANAGER was probably why our experience wasnt a bad one. I like there food but I think there slighltly overpriced with what you get. Yesterday I ordered 20 naked wings fries and a burger well done. I only wanted 1 order of french fries and I told him that but was charged for 2. So the burger comes with fries that you get charged for so I didn't need the extra order of fries. So I got charged more. Even after I explained to the young lady that I was charged twice, she told me no I didn't. Didn't want to get into any arguments so I just left it like that. Not really a fan of inattentive staff and mediocre drinks. I came here on a slow Monday night for a quick bite to eat with a friend we were seated quickly since advised of self-seating. Once at our table a waitress came over and provided us with a menu and right away asked us for drink orders not really allowing a second to even review and or tell us of any specials currently. I chose a strawberry margarita which definitely was a not worth it since it tasted as if I literally was deinking the margarita mix from Walmart with no added tequila. The long island was also very syrup like as well. We decided to order the 20 wings what I did like was the option to have different flavors at least 3 was provided which was nice. The chicken wings were actually pretty good. The curly fries we ordered had to be sent back due to being cold but our waitress replaced them immediately which was nice. Overall the visit was not the best due to having to wait quite a while for a refill or for someone to pass by and acknowledge us but hey some days and places may be a hit or miss. The food was good so I am willing to try this location again since it's locally convenient for me. Hope next time I can update my review to show off a better experience. read more

I am always leery of Hooters because they tend to be inconsistent location to location. I had nothing to worry about at this location, though, because they were great! We were seated immediately and our waitress was friendly and prompt. She catered to my cranky son and refilled our drinks quickly. The wings were the best I have ever had at a Hooters, seriously. Hot when they hit the table and cooked perfectly, with just the right amount of sauce. (One note: I'm a wimp when it comes to spicy food, and I didn't find their hot wings hot at all. If you like super spicy, go a step above the hot.) I've always loved their curly fries, and these were no exception. My son enjoyed his chicken strips and the mango lemonade he had was quite good. Called Hooters after not being able to order for a 3rd or 4th time on Ubereats app (which I haven't been happy about) and spoke to a girl named Michelle at the Sunrise location who answered the phone quite bubbly which was nice for a change. After asking why we couldn't order on Ubereats app she explained that because of the high order volume they have to stop Uber for a while to catch up. This was great info to know as I will be calling the restaurant from now on to order our food and just pick it up. We had our server gabby the other day and what horrible experience she gave us. First our drinks took 15-20 to come to us and we were sitting right next to the bar. Even we could have grabbed our drinks. We finally got our drinks and gabby gave us this face that it didn't matter. She's been at the host stand on her phone or talking to others not paying attention to her tables. We ordered wings and shrimp and not shockingly it took over 20 minutes to get to our table. Haves down the best service and food we've ever had at a hooters. If you've eaten at Hooters multiple times you know it can be hit or miss. My wife (yup she loves hooters) was in the mood for wings. We were down in ft Lauderdale and had a few options, Twin Peaks, Winghouse or Hooters. We opted for hooters. Glad we did. Staff was friendly and the most attentive I e ever seen at a hooters. Our Server was Payton. She was constantly doing work which was nice to see, wiping tables, checking on guests and keeping drinks full. Best Hooters server we've ever had. And the food was perfect. We got 2 different wing flavors. Both cooked and sauces to perfection. Curly fries, buffalo shrimp and the new beer pretzel things. Everything was spot on! Supposedly known for the hot wings. Had the classic hot buffalo. I found them to be somehow strongly oily and not anything memorable in flavor at all. Not bad, but not good either. Prefer Flannigan's. Curly fries were ok, same as every other place. Our waitress was very sweet and attentive. The other waitresses looked kind of miserable, and out of place. I was not of the same opinion and wouldn't bring it up personally, but other members of my group were not impressed with the hooters at this location.
