Wings were delivered cold! They reheated them. Very disapointed! Scenery was fair.

I love the wings at Hooters & every guy I meet says they hate them?? Always great, their hot-sauce (the 911 & 3-mile) are NOT hot at all, flavorful- Yes, Hot- NO :-( so chilli heads (like myself) should find a better wing joint on that front. Service goes from best ever to a kid who can give a flying flip, but when the server is great, it's a fun time! The misses digs the curly fries with the cheese sauce (awesome) Their cheese-steak is the worst & top 10 most thoughtless menu execution items I have come across in my dining days, but if you stick to basics, this place is pretty good!! Want dinner & a show? hit the outside bar after 5, I've sat at the outside bar a few times & have seen 2 guys that look exactly, & I mean EXACTLY like the Gieco Cave-men, it's magic! Cold beer, great wings, curly-fries & cave-men, good spot! read more

Food is good just this waitress named Bella was super rude and has really bad attitude from the moment we sat down, maybe it wasn't her day but I'm a waitress as well and I would never take it out on my costumers! read more

I am a person who is always here at hooters and i always get the best service. I never even write reviews but i HAD to on behalf of our server, Bella. She was the absolute worst. I have been a server for 4 years and i have never seen something like this. She didn't speak to us one time. Didn't check in our food.. i spent my one night off here and she made me feel extremely unwelcome and uncomfortable. I don't know how hooters gave this girl the privilege of being a hooters girl. I know the Naples hooters is understaffed but geez, she needs to go acting like that. Sorry doesn't even explain the service... read more

What a pathetic excuse for a restaurant. Yes, I know, Hooters is not about the food - it's the girls and the beer. I get it. But if you're going to claim that your wings are great, or charge the prices you do for food, then get Robert Irving to come and tear your restaurant up. The wings are not good or hot; the salads look like they are pre-packaged; the salad dressings are in packets, straight from a fridge; and the food is generally not good or fresh in any way possible. I do like the outside sitting area, but the service is shitty. read more

This place is plenty expensive. I got a hamburger with curly fries, water (that's right a glass of water) and six wings. $21.00! Someone gave me a $25 gift card and had no idea it would go so fast. Nothing special at all about the wings or burger. The curly fries were stale and bland tasting. I ate half of them. They must have given me old fries or fries that were cooked the day before. When informing the waitress her, response was "I'm sorry." That's it. So it cost a total of $25.00 for a burger with lettuce and tomato and six wings. Ouch!! When I arrived I asked if they could put the sound on for the LSU game. The manger told me in no uncertain terms, "we are not a sports bar, we are a restaurant" - As I looked at 30 plus TV's hung everywhere. The waitress should consider her $4.00 tip quite generous. I'll never go there again boobs or not. read more

I jumped in here mid day/- had a cold beer and salad bc naples summertime living is like dancing on the surface of the sun.. - the gal bartender was sweet and accommodating.. The atmosphere was decent.. I just really wish the orange shorts and big boobs thing was an idea of the past-- it's been done. Time to move on from that whole look.. If I were the CEO or fashion aficionado for Hooters I would seriously think about consulting with Zac Posen or any person of the like to upgrade the overall look.. read more

Oh my. Greeted on a Tuesday evening at 510- ""do you have a happy hour?" Two chatty twirly haired girls. "I'm not sure. .... You should see the bartender" Get to the bartender. "Id like some wings and a beer..... Whatever the happy hour is. I'm just hungry, I'll be in and out out of here". (Nasty voice) what???? --- so I repeat verbatim. She didn't like that I said the same thing exactly again. I was just trying to be easy and not a douchebag customer. There were a total of 9 people in the entire restaurant. Now that I have my phone out she's all sweet. Irony ? Apathy I suspect. read more

Mix drinks taste like Kool-aid. Throw in the mix with ice, a drop of alcohol, serve and get back on the phone. Ordered two different and both were terrible. read more

The staff was very inviting and attentive. Having a big group is difficult but stephanie guido was not only catering but suggested excellent food and her service was great. Having a big groovy it's natural that the manager Nicole the manager was also very accommodating and nice. Would definitely come back when I'm in the area read more

I have ordered a few times on Uber eats from this location. I always order wings with hot sauce. Every time, they make the wings with no sauce at all. So today I tried to just call my order in and was told they aren't accepting orders AT ALL!!! WTF!!!! read more

*Edit: The service has greatly improved! I would avoid the mussels though, they were tiny and a bit bitter. Food is okay but the service needs improvement. I do like the habanero wings, they have a nice sweetness to them with a perfect amount of spice. Their tots are awesome as well. When I would dine in, the wait time would be more then it should be and it's hard to get a refill on your drink at times, even when it isn't busy. They are quick to seat you though. read more

One of the best Hooters experiences I've had. Great food, great service (thanks Carissa), nice atmosphere and very attentive and informative management. Can't beat the wings but I definitely recommend the Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad for those looking for something lighter. read more

Great wings! I came here because it was the only place in Naples with the UFC fight on. Food and staff were great! Place was packed!!

I sent my son and his friend went there yesterday for lunch on me as a surprise for helping me w a project. Omg gag a maggot. He got a burger. He could not eat it. It looked and smelled days old and microwaved. The waitress was oblivious. She didn't ask why didn't you eat your burger. Never again. Waste of 30 bucks. read more

Below average, that's about how it is. Been to plenty of Hooters locations. Service here is below average, but not horrible. Food here is not great. Every time I get curly fries here, it's like all the broken itty bitty fries, never actual full fries. They often taste like they've been in the fryer more than one, with a fried crunchy outside and no potatoes inside. Chicken isn't great. I realize it's mostly cheap Goode. But I've had Hooters that's way better than this location. Kitchen here is setting the bar very low. read more

What can I say. I'm writing this review while we are sitting here 15 minutes after it was obvious that we were finished 30 mins ago waiting for the bill and an opportunity to ask for a to go box. Food was great, but it seems as if most hooters want you to sit and continue drinking. It's OK to check the table and guests at least once. . read more

Bartenders were cool. $4.50 for a 12 oz domestic beer, is obviously the tourist attraction price. The fries always suck at Hooters. The manager Josh did nothing but walk around and talk to the employees. I'll go elsewhere thanks. read more

Food was good. Service was also good. Wish the restaurant was a little cleaner (our table was a bit dirty and sticky and so was the bar). Lots of Tv's playing all the sports channels. Servers were above average looking. I would recommend this restaurant if your into Hooters. read more

Stephanie and Angela are always friendly. I love the smoked wings. The curly fries always come out fresh and hot. As a veteran I appreciate how you can donate a calendar to send to the troops. I don't get the few people complaining about a/c being comfortably cool. Then again these Floridians are running around when it's 50 degrees dressed like a blizzard is imminent. read more

I'm soooo tired of having to sit outside with all the smokers to dine at this establishment, because the management is sooo unreasonable and insists to keep the place freezing with the ac on full blast inside. I'm not a sensitive person to cold so I can only imagine the poor patrons that are. Someone needs to take the control away from the idiot that is currently controlling the thermostat. To be honest this is just ridiculous that I even have to waste the time to right this review. If you don't think this is costing you business your head is just too deep! read more

Who deleted my 10/18 review ? Ok, I'll repost it. I tried to order smoked wings online. No place to order sauce. When I tried to check out, it says I must order sauce first, duh. I see NOW, the website has been beta tested and works. Then called 5 times at 15 rings a piece to order, no answer. Went to Hurricane Wings instead. Why do sites like Yelp and TripAdvisor delete negative, but honest reviews ? You really do your viewers a disservice and people doubt your stated objectivity. Another example of Fake News. read more

I stopped there with my wife for a 4th of July celebration to eat some wings and my wife a Hamburger. Ordered 10 breaded wings and after eating 6 found the next one had a long hair fried into the breading. Upon letting the server know she indeed offered to let the manager know so he would take it off the bill. I replied that this was not necessary since my wife had pulled off the hair off of the wing and thrown it on the floor. I paid my full check and afterwards felt ill to my stomach. They will never see us again. read more

Absolutely the crappiest food on the planet. Nachos= thin chips. Crappy chilly, watery and turns chips into sponge. Liquid phukin cheese??? Really. Cheese wiz??The use that crap in vans at swamp buggy events. I thought this was a restaurant. Nachos have Monterey jack incase you ever want to make them right. Lets see. Oh yeah. Stella artois on tap? It should only be in a bottle. Kegs kill beer. Pico de gallo tasted like a tomato and an onion. Like it was cut 5 mins ago. That id not right either. Last time I got a burger. Have been going to this Hooters for years. Used to like the Mushroom burger, last time I ate there, it was noticeably smaller and they changed the bun but the price didn't come down. Now if you ask for ranch or blue cheese you get charged .79 each for that tiny little cup that used to come free. Looks like they are cutting corners at the customers expense. read more

I haven't visited a Hooters in over 10 years. What I found here was a competent staff and great experience! Especially Konni, she is worth visiting this location just for her skills as a bartender (aka tour guide crossed with someone who actually pays attention). Food was well prepared and as ordered. I definitely recommend but pay attention to their posted calorie numbers. read more

The manager Steve is the most rude person I've ever met in my life. I feel so bad for the girls who work for him. He was borderline confrontational when I asked him why they don't do UFC fights. I cannot believe they leave this guy in charge of a restaurant. I will never go back to this place just because of him. I feel bad because my server Taylor was super helpful and sweet. read more

Worst Hooters wing ever consumed. They were virtually sauceless and the meat was dry. Our server was plesant but in a fake nice sort of way. Most the girls in there were hooters less and none were attractive. Definitely not the experience we anticipated when choosing Hooters for dinner. Btw we only choose it bc our hotel was right by it. Wouldn't recommend when you're in a city full of fabulous restaurants. read more

The service was the slowest I have ever had. Was sitting at the bar. There was only two other people sitting up there. The bartender talked to me a total of 3 times. She was to busy texting on her phone. The food was ok at best. I like hooter but, will never go back to this one. read more

Wings were not very good. Came out with chewy/ near raw skin. We asked for them to be cooked a bit more and they were literally back on our table in 2 minutes. They just tossed them in more sauce and sent them right back. Disappointing read more

We are on vacation planning our wedding next year & decided to walk back over to Hooters for the second day in a row to have a drink & some food.
