Had an awesome time at Hooters thanks to our amazing waitress, Aiyanna! From the moment i walked in, she greeted me with a big smile and the kind of energy that makes you feel like a regular. She was super attentive without being overbearing, and she made great recommendations--i tried the Daytona wings on her suggestion and they did not disappoint. Aiyanna kept the drinks full, the conversation light, and the vibe upbeat the whole encounter . Even when the place got busy, she didn't miss a beat. Her sense of humor and friendly attitude definitely made our visit stand out. Food was hot, service was fast, and Aiyanna made sure everything was on point. Can't ask for much more than that. How on the National Chicken Wing day, your employees are freaking out over having a business? Went here on 7/29/2025 for their BOGO special. Place wasn't pack, not like I've seen Hooters in Daytona or Melbourne Florida (original home of the establishment). But the hostess told us it be a 45 minute wait even though there were open tables. So I stepped and wait on the smoke patio, which was empty of chairs or tables. After 10 minutes, a gentleman steps out and says there is open chairs at the bar. So I go in, and notices no one is sitting in the chair but it was in between a pair of couples. I ask the bartender if I could move the chair to the other side of the bar that had more open and comfortable spacing. She freaks out about the wait time and then directs me to talk to the manager. Me still maintaining my cool, I walk over to the manager and ask if it is okay to move the chair. He was cool with it. But after thinking how much the female hostess and bartender were freaking out, I didn't feel comfortable being served at that restaurant anymore. I went knowing it would be a wait because it was National Chicken Wing day and they had a deal going on. But from the greeting to the weird exchange, I would highly recommend not going here if they are a wing establishment and can't figure out how to overcome and accommodate patrons. My last experience here wasn't so good. However, I came to meet my partner because we both had long days and needed something quick. The wings and waffle fries were great and the drink (some kind of punch) was tasty. So tasty that my partner drank one before I arrived, then helped me drink mine and I had to get another. I went to this location 6/27/25 .The food was terrible. My wife and I ordered shrimp, burgers and fries. The patties were undersized, smashed, and overcooked. Fries were tasteless even after I asked for more to replace the old ones that were cold not curly and no seasoning. Shrimp was overly salty and not good at all. I use to enjoy hooters but the quality of food has gone down. I can tell corporate , Gm and the people running this store couldn't care less about the food or service. This store needs to be closed along with the others that have closed. Food is way too expensive for companies and workers to not care about paying customers experience. read more

This dated location could use a facelift. I visited this location often 25 years ago and I am convinced that some of the same regulars from back in the day are still here. The service was good while waiting for my takeaway wings. The food quality was also good. I would return. read more

1st, this place has Busch Light on draft. If you're a lover of this nectar of the Gods like my Big Man, you know what a Wonderful Surprise this is. The place is big & roomy with plenty of seating a large bar. We had the Cheeseburger lunch special (cheeseburger & fries for $9.99) and wings. The burger & fries were good, not great, but hey... it's a Hooters. The ladies were super friendly & attentive. The place was nice & clean & the Beer was crisp & cold. Ordered delivery of the Guinness fish and chips, Baja shrimp tacos, key lime pie, chocolate mousse cake and two drinks. Only thing that was good about this meal was the cakes and the desserts. My boyfriend took a bite of the fish and said it was filled with oil and the batter too thick. When you took off the batter it was only a tiny piece of fish inside. No condiments either came with the meal and the fries were old as well. The tortillas for the tacos were tough and crunchy and I tasted more cabbage mix than actual shrimp which were tiny and tough as well. Over $60 bucks down the drain. read more

This complaint against Hooters ( Tara Blvd Jonesboro, GA )  I was served the following wings attached below which is unacceptable 10/04/22 @ 6;45pm. I would like a full refund. I will also like the manager and cook to have a meeting to understand why would the cook feel like that is acceptable. The women are beautiful but I don't think there is no saving this place. Management here needs to definitely be fired. My dad & I have this tradition where we like to come to hooters for wings. So we came to this location on Tara Blvd because we were in the area. We came on like a Thursday night and it was pretty full but we still were seated immediately. As usual the wings were good. We ordered breaded wings with fries. The flavors of the wings were: hot, habanero BBQ, chipotle honey, & daytona beach. I also ordered the buffalo shrimp as an appetizer. Our waitress was very enthusiastic and full of energy. Here's the thing with this location...the inconsistency. You can order the same meal on Thursday afternoon and Saturday evening and have two completely different meal experiences. I guarantee one of those will be bad. Last week I ordered through DoorDash and my burger was perfect. All my toppings were included. The everything was fresh and seasoned well. Today, I ordered the exact same meal and what I got was old curly fries that tasted like they had been nuked in the microwave, overly salty cheese sauce, and the driest, overdone, and just plain sad burger. Whole meal was inedible and this isn't the first time they've done this. Like I said, inconsistency is this location's biggest problem. When they're done right, I really like their burgers. I have been to a few hooters but this one was definitely at the bottom. I understand they are short on staff at the current moment but even the waitress that was supposed to be over our table could care less and was in a rush to get back to the guy she's been talking to. This was my first time at hooters and it was the most all over the place, disfunctional restraunt i've been to. The service was HORRIBLE, first we had a new waitress that abandoned us after she got our order wrong. Then we had to re order everything 45 minutes later after receiving a RAW burger and no one knowing what food we ordered. I seem to only go to Hooters when I'm out of town, and I've picked a drunk friend up from the location before so he didn't drive drunk, but as far as my first time, I was happy. We went on a Tuesday nite and it was practically empty. Our waitress looked as if she might just be meeting the over 21 age requirement I'm sure they probably have for their waitress, so when I asked her if they had Jack Daniels Honey, she said...I think we just carry regular Jack Daniels. She came back shortly and I can't even describe how giddy she was to report that they did indeed have Jack Daniels Honey. I ordered the buffalo shrimp appitizer and was surprised they didn't have any buffalo wing sauce on them, but she explained its cooked into the shrimp, and they were flavorful. I sorta would go back to get these again. I didn't think $10 for 12 shrimp was to costly for the shrimp, but when you think you can probably by a pound of shrimp for $10, you wonder why you still eat out. My dining companion had the Philly Steak sandwich, maybe it was because he's already eaten a 10 pc of boneless wins that he couldn't finish the entire sandwich. The Buffalo Chicken Salad was better than the salads at Zaxby's Very relaxed environment, and our waitress stay on us without being intrusive. It was a really nice date nite. read more

My group of three was seated immediately so that was great! If I could leave no stars I would! We waited over an hour for fries, cheese tater tots and mozzarella sticks. The tater tots had a hair in them and our server was rude about getting them removed from the bill. Hooters is great, but this location sucks. Before the pandemic I took my daughter for dine-in. Bad service. Fat servers. I didn't notice the low health department score on the wall until I walked through the standing water in the restroom. After the pandemic we ordered through GrubHub. Half the order didn't arrive and the other half was wrong. Receipt was accurate. I called and they blamed it on the delivery driver. I was a restaurant expo and server long ago and I know that they suck. Half the order isn't still under the heat lamps? Or was ever assembled. I LOVE the customer service and also the food.. I always order the kids shrimp meal which comes with four shrimps and a lot of fries. I am also a Uber driver by my experience in picking up orders, they do a great job as well in making sure the orders are correct. My son and I go there often and the food is great. Order my food via Uber Eats at about 9:45 pm. Watched the updates via Uber. When the driver was suppose to be "picking my food up" the restaurant canceled my order. This was around 10:03 pm. Called the location to see why my order was cancelled NO ONE EVER PICKS UP THE PHONE here! Worst location ever will NEVER order from here again or visit. Came here to have a drink and food with a co worker, for the place to be so empty shouldnt have taken any time at all to be greeted, but it took the manager to tell a young lady to sit us to a table. We ordered our drinks watched them sit at the bar for 2-3 min before someone asked if we were helped, I replied we ordered drinks but have not received them yet, waited another 5 min then someone brought our drink.
