Decent service. Wings are generally sub par for a Hooters. Better bet to hit Buffalo Wild Wings for wings from a chain in hickory.

Lousy service. Came on Veterans Day and was about 10 waitresses and maybe 6 tables with people. I was spoke to once, the girls are literally the worst hooters girls I have ever seen. Not classy, not friendly, horrible to the hooters name and waitressing period. read more

The service at this Hooters was great. All the waitresses seemed very attentive to their customers. Courtney got me my beer and didn't bug me when I took my time ordering my dinner. She still checked on me frequently. The manager came by twice to ask how I was doing, without being a pest. The food came quickly, though I would have preferred the side salad before the sandwich. No big deal. I ate the sandwich first anyway. They need to have a bigger selection of craft beers on tap. I guess it's not Hooters' fault so many North Carolinians consider Heineken an exotic beer. I took my father to Hooters for his birthday on December 14th and we were very pleased with everything. Our waitress was Brittany and she was great at explaining the menu to my daughter and little cousin. My dad had never been to Hooters so it took him a while to figure out what he wanted and Brittany never made us feel rushed and just kept telling him to take his time and if he had any questions she was happy to help. Now the food. I had the philly cheese steak with tater tots. The sandwich was great...my only complaint was that it was a little dry. I think it needed some type of condiment or a sauce of some kind. My daughter had bbq wings and little cousin had chicken tenders. Both girls wanted curly fries and Brittany suggested that they split an order because it was very large. I appreciated her thinking like that because a lot of places try to upsale you on everything just to get you to spend more money. I'm glad we listened to her because the order was huge. My father had the daytona beach style wings with a side of cole slaw and what i call the "fat fries" My dad said the wings were great. They had a great flavor from the grill with just the right amount of heat and the slaw...my father is the pickiest person when it comes to coleslaw so I was shocked when he said they had some of the best slaw he'd ever eaten in a restaurant. He said it was very creamy and flavorful and went perfectly with the wings. The fries however had WAY TOO MUCH seasoning salt on them. They were almost inedible and I LOVE salt but when it leaves that awful after taste and you can't taste anything else that's too much. After dinner my dad ordered his birthday Long Island Iced Tea. He said it good and it came right out even with the restaurant being pretty busy. I'm glad that my dad loved his first experience at Hooters. I've been to this Hooters at least 10 times and I've never been disappointed so I know I'll be back again. Thanks again Brittany for the great service. read more

Sat at the bar. The bartender Linsey was nice, but didn't take my comment seriously. I watched as the cook in the kitchen cooked and prepared foods. He had no gloves on. He wiped his hands on his dirty shirt without clothes and still touched buns, lettuce, etc. I decided to cancel my burger order. All she did was apologize. Ordered from here on 4/ 19 through door dash .I ordered Philly chicken sandwich with onion rings and a order of cheese sticks.I received the order and proceeded to check bag to ensure accuracy of the order.Well instead of the Philly chicken sandwich it was a Philly steak sandwich.Looked at the receipt to make sure I didn't accidentally order the wrong thing but right on the receipt it said Philly chicken just like I ordered. I called Hooters and a girl answered told her about the order being wrong and she put me on hold . Waited about 5 minutes or so and a different girl came on the line , so there I had to explain to her what had happened, she says hold on let me talk to my manager .I heard her going back and forth with a man and she gets back on phone relaying to me what the manager said . I told her to put him on the phone , he has a customer on the phone with an order that you all screwed up so put him on the phone cause I want to talk to him not you , you're no help . He gets on the phone and apologizes for not speaking to me directly, he was cooking . Never apologized for getting the order wrong , let alone either of the little girls I spoke to , so I asked him what he was going to do to fix this .He says they can make the correct sandwich, umm why do you think I door dashed hello !! He tells me that he could fix it on their end and credit it back , and yeah that never happened . What kind of unprofessional manager is that ??? The staff was no no better and clueless also . No accountability for messing the order up and then lied about crediting my money back . That's a bad look and you won't have to worry about me EVER getting food at this Hooters again ! read more

I went to Hooters tonight and my waitress was great! The issue was not the waitress it was with the so called manager. I ordered the boneless wings because that is what use to be the best thing to get at Hooters. The wings came out in a reasonable amount of time and they were not dried out like in the past. However, I could fit the ten boneless wings in the palm of my hand - WTF!! The manager finally walked by after spending 15 minutes flirting with some of the waitresses - one of which was supposed to be the one for me. I asked him how they calculated how much chicken they put on the plates and he exclaimed, "we go by count." I told him, "the wings I got did not even equal half a chicken breast" he did offer to make me more wings but I did not have time for them to try to make my meal two times. The wings I have paid for should have been about a dollar and I paid ten times that "this is why your business is going down." When I told the manager this he said business is booming. I guess business would boom if you screw over the customer and wait on the next customer to screw over. They do not have repeat business like they use to when the doors opened because they think they can use the way the waitresses' dress to continually bring in new customers. When the manager said business is booming I looked around at the empty tables and could not believe what I just heard. When the waitress came back and I told her what the manager said she almost fell in the floor. Why does the little guy not matter anymore? What happened to being a regular and being treated like you actually mattered to the business? I guess if I had boobs I would have been treated better by this manager. This has went on for a month, where I have been treated like it didn't matter what I thought. This regular like all of the others will be going across the highway to the new place. Don't even try their food they do not give you your money's worth!! Heather is an awful waitress. It took forever to order. Noticed other people waiting for their drinks. Crappy atmosphere. Worst hooters I've been to. The manager sat there at the table with all of the staff around him playing on their phones and giggling. Poor quality staff. Awful management. Decent food. One star for the great cook. read more

If you are looking for a fine establishment with sophistication, don't stop here!! This place is a trap for young immaturely behaved girls who may look good in those tacky outfits. I was there, so I was able to see some of them dancing, singing, and generally insulting my intelligence as a woman. The food was blah, big I didn't expect much. Mainly the girls flirt with the disparate guys that frequent that place, hoping to get big tips. It seems to work. If you ate a woman do yourself a favor, skip going there! Wings came out cold and staff was hostile when we mentioned they were cold like it was our fault or something.

i would give 0 stars if i could. after working there for 4 years, i know everything about this place & what goes on in the front & back. Don't order liquor, or food....ever. -If your curly fries are cold, its because they've been sitting for 30+ minutes. If you send the curly fries back, they will dunk them in grease to "freshen them up", aka make them super rubbery & even worse. always order big dippers or another side because they dont keep them "on deck" like they do curly fries. -We are only allowed to pour so much liquor into every drink. there is no "strong" drinks here, & they're ALL 90% juice/mixers. AND over priced. -The kitchen staff doesnt wear gloves half the time. no matter how much they get yelled at. They are all disgusting & i wouldnt even want them to cook food for my dog to eat. Cody Outlaw is the only one in the whole establishment that does his job to the best of his ability, & hes great at cooking. -John Young, The GM, was under investigation for sexual harassment.so he just fired all the girls he harassed. -They keep hiring unattractive girls with no personality & no "hot" figures to work here, & wonder why this place has gone to the dogs. If you are looking for pretty girls to look at, you might find one. -This store is In desperate need for a remodeling....& needed it 10+ years ago. SUPER DATED. but this store is such a dump, they should just shut the doors. -Dont order MILD because it is a butter based sauce..AKA: ITS JUST BUTTER!!! MEDIUM has more flavor. -If your wings come out in the wrong sauce, to "fix them" they toss them back into the grease to "clean off the wrong sauce", then just toss them again. they do NOT make you new wings unless you specifically ask. -One of my customers ordered a burger & found a huge chunk of glass in it. -If you aren't a regular or 100$ tipper, don't expect to be noticed. basically, if you are trying to enjoy a good, or DECENT, meal, skip this dump. read more

for the first time in history i never had to complain about this location until this year!and reason is because for the past 3 or 4 tuesday nights sometimes on other days, but 95% of the time it was on tuesday nights! it seem some people in the place was getting better service then i was! i also notice alot of times theres like 3 or 4 waitress at the same table talking to this 1 person ! and here i am at a table by myself not getting the customer service like some people are! this past tuesday night i had a waitress name brooke and she was spending more time at a table with people that was not even at her tables! its like she was paying more attention to them then she was me! and i came out of there as an unhappy customer that night! and this is not the first time this has happened to me! 3 or 4 tuesday nights in a row 2 or 4 waitress was spending more time with one person at 2 or 3 tables its like i wasn,t even around in there! and i,m sorry to complain like this but this the first time this has happened to me! its like she was paying more attention to people that was not at her tables then me! and i,m very upset about this its like i waisted 100% of my time there that night when i could have been somewhere else doing other things! and i also want to point out that them tuesday nights i was there in decenber 3 or 4 waitress where spending more time at the same table with one person that was not even in there section! and i,m at a table by myself and not getting hardly no customer serive! and brooke did not even spend hardly no time at my table like she did them 3 or 4 or even 5 people at the same table! and lot of them was not even in her section! read more
