Let me keep this simple. My wife and I walk in. NO one greets us or says hi. The place is one of the smallest Hooters I have ever been to. So it is not hard to see that we are new customers trying to find a seat. We finally find a seat. My wife takes a seat to wait for the waitress while I go to the restroom. When I return my wife is outside. She informs me that a lady who was perhaps a manager tells my wife that the customers sitting there are outside smoking. The employee doesn't bother trying to find us another seat. She actually watches my wife walk out the door. I come out of a bathroom whose doors are falling off to discover she is outside. She explains what happened so we left. This is not the first place this lack of customer care is happening at. For some reason some of the waitresses at other Hooters are not as engaging with the customers as they used to be. read more

Very small and kinda cramped. The food was ok. Your typical Hooters. Nothing sets them apart or makes me want to come again. But there is a southern food chain called Folks next door, i might visit there next. read more

First time visiting this location and our server was very rude. She never checked on us, we had to ask another waitress for water and a refill. The other servers seem to be doing a good job, I guess we had the worst waitress of the day. read more

Food was good, good variety of sports on all of the TVs, atmosphere was ok enough to bring our 6 yr old daughter even though it's like a bar, and Rachel have great service! She was friendly and had a pleasant attitude even though it was very busy! read more

This Hooters is smaller than others I've been to. They didn't have booths to sit at only tables. I didn't like that there wasn't a waitress at the door and we weren't greeted so it was kinda confusing upon walking in if we were suppose to sit our selves or just stand at the door. It wasn't crowded. We stood for a few awkward seconds then started walking to a table before we were greeted and officially seated. Nevertheless my waitress was extra nice and my food was really good. I would def try it again. read more

This was my first time at this location. Our waitress was very nice, got our drinks right away. I had the boneless wings with curly fries and they were delicious! Everyone went above & beyond to make sure we had everything we needed! We will be back! read more

I've eaten at plenty of hooters of the years and this one by far has given me and my son the best service ever! Our waitress Amanda and the rest of the staff were just great. I didn't want to eat at Hooters but I'm with my son today and told him he could pick the Resturant. It's a very small hooters compared to others but they make up what they don't have in size with service. It was so refreshing to have the general manager stop by the table to check in on us. Great job Hooters Conyers! Keep up the good work. read more

It wasn't bad, until the last time my family and I ate there (3rd time). We have two young children and we were left standing inside waiting on a table for a few minutes while the staff were in a corner goofing around. When we finally got a waitress, she was nice and kept our drinks full. Food served was room temperature, not hot like you'd expect it to be. I don't think we'll be going to this Hooter's establishment again. read more

I went to this Hooters in Conyers, GA on April 1, 2016. We were one of only 5 tables in the restaurant. So it was not busy at all. There were about 6 waitresses and two cooks in there that day. My husband and I were with my friend and her husband. We all ordered the same thing... wings with fries and a coke; really easy right? Well we got our drinks and an appetizer pretty quickly. Then an hour after we got the drinks we finally got our food. And it was cold.... We had to track down a different waitress to refill our drinks because our waitress was too busy smoking to be bothered, she only came to our table twice. We were there for almost two hours. This was very bad service and I don't think I'll be back. Very disappointed!! read more

i am giving this location five stars for customer service and politeness of this actual location. the girls are sweet, the food is great, it's a great place to eat even with children.the manager mike helped us resolve our issues quickly and professionally do not call and place a togo order with the third party company. they completely ruined our 100.00$ order. i was informed that the third party company has made numerous mistakes, giving our great local restaurant bad reviews for their mistakes. please call the hooters number and press two to get a wonderful hooters girl to take your order! they are amazing. corporate please get rid of this third party company! i'm a former employee and we never had these issues!! read more

Trash...every visit is sup par. Hostess is always rude and uninformed. Tonight I was told "we are completely filled up right now, do you want to wait on a table?" How long is the wait? "I don't know?" Seriously? Never again read more

Gave Hooters another try Saturday night what a mistake . I have absolutely no idea where they get the staff from the manager at the Conyers location was so busy watching the TV to even acknowledge we had came in after standing and looking around I decided to ask was anyone working he finally came over but couldn't take his eyes off that tv never once saying anything to us I for the life of me don't understand why some people choose jobs that deal with the public. But that put the icing on the cake with Hooters I strongly suggest the staff get more training in costumer service it is very well needed. Now the food is good if you are lucky enough to get it hot but it has left a bad experience in my mind and spirits for good. Never again will I spend this kind of money for absolutely bad service. Sorry for the bad report but it needs to be addressed immediately. indianboij37@gmail.com read more

Ohh My when I tell you that "Hooters" has the best wings I mean just that. Yesterday I went to "Hooters" and I ordered the "Tipple Dog Dare-Hot Smoked Wings" and also the "Smoked Parmesan Garlic wings" both prepared naked, with a side order of your delicious "Big Dipper Chili Cheese Fries" Not only was the food great but the service was great and most importantly all of my food came out fresh and hot and the bottles of beer were nice and cold. I will be returning soon to try some try some more of your delicious wings and sauces. The restaurant was very clean and the server was great. Thanks Catlyn for the excellent service! I was here on Saturday to watch the UGA vs Mizzu game. My friends and I were having a great time watching the game and celebrating my birthday. Until . . . During the 4th quarter the manager cut us off! We had been at the bar for 4 hours during that time we ordered 6 pitchers of beer along with 50 wings, multiple apps and sides. We had even closed out with one server so she could go home and tipped generously. Our second server was great as well and sadly didn't get much of an opportunity to make a buck off us. I found out one of my group tried to order me a birthday shot and thats when it happened. We had 2 DDs one of which was a pregnant woman. At no time did we yell, act out or fall down. We were just a group watching a game. Shortly after we were cut off she cut the table behind us off as well. After 3 people tried talking to the manager she seem not to care at all about loosing our business. Hooters in Conyers is not a good place to watch a game, its not a neighborhood bar. I grew up in the area and was sad to see that a place i used to go to often was not under such control. I nor my friends will be returning. read more

I walked out. 45 minutes for buffalo shrimp and fries? Buffalo shrimp came first, hardly sauced and cold...asked for extra sauce when placing order, asked for it again when the shrimp arrived. Got an excuse from the server about the limited kitchen staff. All I asked for was sauce!? Not an excuse. Fries still did not come or the sauce 10 minutes later. I had enough. Give me a break. read more

Sad to say that I was approached by the manager who stated that a picture I took made the waitress feel uncomfortable. There is a whole story to this but for legal reasons I can not post the story yet. Poor situation, sadly I did nothing wrong but they made me and my friend feel unwelcome. We have been going there several times in the last six months. The manager did this to us in front of everyone and now I must peruse legal actions, sorry the food and drink is not the best have had better at the Holcomb Bridge Rd Hooters, and never have been approached like this SAD!!!!!!!! read more

Dissatisfied Loyal Customer My husband and I order from Hooters at least every other Friday. We love their lemon pepper wings and curly fries! We placed an order recently over the phone at the Conyers, Georgia location. Understanding that the background can be extremely noisy, it is a bar for heaven's sake. I placed the order on line and the person that took the order repeated the order back to me before hanging up the phone. When my husband arrived to the Conyers location the whole order was incorrect! The Manager debated with my husband for over10 minutes insisting that we ordered parmesan garlic wings, my husband explained to the manager that he was sitting in front of me when the order was placed and that I never said parmesan garlic wings. I have worked in sales for over 10 years and I have always been trained that customers are always, always, always right! Even if the customer is incorrect, manager of all staff members should never debate with the customer, especially in front of their staff members. It sets a bad example for the business and staff members. It's also Impertinent and humiliating on the owner's behalf. I would love to pay my upper management team members to disagree/argue with my most valued customers, I'm almost positive that this will increase my sales through-out my region. A business trusts that they are hiring competent employees to do their jobs and oversee the day-to-day business operations, especially the manager's that are paid an astronomical amount to run their business. We have visited this location on several occasions and there seems to always be an issue with management, it appears that the turnover rates are extremely high when it comes to management, the service is slow, and items that are listed on the menu are never in stock. It appears that whoever is over the hiring for this region continues to hire incompetent staff members. Long story short my husband had to wait 30 minutes for our order (which defeats the whole purpose of placing an order over the phone). I do not plan to continue patronizing a business that is uncivil to their customers. Sincerely, Dissatisfied Loyal Customer read more

Visited this location for the first time. Me and my guest ordered drinks only. The waitress was clueless about what's in the mixed drinks, and she was only 20. Not sure if she was old enough to serve drinks. But anyway, we placed our order and the drinks took forever, once we got them, they sucked. Tasted like straight juice. Remind you it was a light crowd, and it was around noon on a Saturday. I wasn't pleased with the service nor drinks. I probably won't be going back. read more

Just went in to try to place a to go order 4 servers. 3 cooks and a manager all walked by no acknowledgement. And no it's not busy

Out wit the wifey date Nite and they are consistent as always. Friendly service good food!

Stopped in for a bite at 10PM on 3/19/2014 - They weren't busy, but stood waiting to be seated for 10 minutes... okay, no problem. Took my seat and then waited for 15 minutes without any service even though there weren't more than 10 customers in the entire place. Eventually, I just had enough and gathered my coat and left the establishment. I've been in there once before and the service was much better. Stick to the location in downtown Atlanta! read more

Very, very disappointed at this Hooters location. Wanted what was advertised on the menu $15.00 pitcher plus 15 wings. When we ordered they said we couldn't have it because they had no pitchers and the draft beer had a problem. Our server said she would ask if we could have 4 bottles and then came back and said the manager said no do we left. March madness and they didn't even have women's basketball on the screen. Never will I ever walk into this location again. read more

Awful service. Hooters food is hooters food, so that's not the issue. But the service is enough to never go back again. She got my drink wrong and my food wrong. Kept forgetting when I asked for additional stuff. Barely checked on us and didn't bring my chocolate cake as I asked for. It wasn't even that busy when I went and nobody else would offer help even when our faces were so puzzled and other servers could clearly hear me complaining. Awful. read more

Met up with my husband for lunch and we waited over 50 minutes for a salad and some wings. They said the kitchen had been slammed but didn't say it would take close to an hour. There was very little checking in with us to see if we wanted more drinks, very little reassurance for the wait and no apologies for the horrible back up in the kitchen. We saw a lot of take out orders coming out of the kitchen but very few to the actual in house customers, which is a little unbalanced to me. I think you should keep the customers right in front of you happy. We will definitely pick somewhere else next time, no matter how good the wings may be. read more

Food is okay if you dont mind half seasoned wings. Definitely not an urban settinf and definitely not a place for family. You would think Hooter would be done expoloiting the sexuality of women who clwarly have no self respect and no family with christian moral values wants to watch married men get turned on by half dressed waiters while they try to eat with their family. Food is not worth it prices too high. French fries are decent. read more
