Let me keep this simple. My wife and I walk in. NO one greets us or says hi. The place is one of the smallest Hooters I have ever been to. So it is not hard to see that we are new customers trying to find a seat. We finally find a seat. My wife takes a seat to wait for the waitress while I go to the restroom. When I return my wife is outside. She informs me that a lady who was perhaps a manager tells my wife that the customers sitting there are outside smoking. The employee doesn't bother trying to find us another seat. She actually watches my wife walk out the door. I come out of a bathroom whose doors are falling off to discover she is outside. She explains what happened so we left. This is not the first place this lack of customer care is happening at. For some reason some of the waitresses at other Hooters are not as engaging with the customers as they used to be. read more

I've eaten at plenty of hooters of the years and this one by far has given me and my son the best service ever! Our waitress Amanda and the rest of the staff were just great. I didn't want to eat at Hooters but I'm with my son today and told him he could pick the Resturant. It's a very small hooters compared to others but they make up what they don't have in size with service. It was so refreshing to have the general manager stop by the table to check in on us. It wasn't bad, until the last time my family and I ate there (3rd time). We have two young children and we were left standing inside waiting on a table for a few minutes while the staff were in a corner goofing around. When we finally got a waitress, she was nice and kept our drinks full. Food served was room temperature, not hot like you'd expect it to be. I went to this Hooters in Conyers, GA on April 1, 2016. We were one of only 5 tables in the restaurant. So it was not busy at all. There were about 6 waitresses and two cooks in there that day. My husband and I were with my friend and her husband. We all ordered the same thing... wings with fries and a coke; really easy right? Well we got our drinks and an appetizer pretty quickly. Then an hour after we got the drinks we finally got our food. And it was cold.... We had to track down a different waitress to refill our drinks because our waitress was too busy smoking to be bothered, she only came to our table twice. We were there for almost two hours. Gave Hooters another try Saturday night what a mistake . I have absolutely no idea where they get the staff from the manager at the Conyers location was so busy watching the TV to even acknowledge we had came in after standing and looking around I decided to ask was anyone working he finally came over but couldn't take his eyes off that tv never once saying anything to us I for the life of me don't understand why some people choose jobs that deal with the public. But that put the icing on the cake with Hooters I strongly suggest the staff get more training in costumer service it is very well needed. Ohh My when I tell you that "Hooters" has the best wings I mean just that. Yesterday I went to "Hooters" and I ordered the "Tipple Dog Dare-Hot Smoked Wings" and also the "Smoked Parmesan Garlic wings" both prepared naked, with a side order of your delicious "Big Dipper Chili Cheese Fries" Not only was the food great but the service was great and most importantly all of my food came out fresh and hot and the bottles of beer were nice and cold. I was here on Saturday to watch the UGA vs Mizzu game. My friends and I were having a great time watching the game and celebrating my birthday. Until . . . During the 4th quarter the manager cut us off! We had been at the bar for 4 hours during that time we ordered 6 pitchers of beer along with 50 wings, multiple apps and sides. We had even closed out with one server so she could go home and tipped generously. Our second server was great as well and sadly didn't get much of an opportunity to make a buck off us. I found out one of my group tried to order me a birthday shot and thats when it happened. We had 2 DDs one of which was a pregnant woman. At no time did we yell, act out or fall down. Sad to say that I was approached by the manager who stated that a picture I took made the waitress feel uncomfortable. Dissatisfied Loyal Customer My husband and I order from Hooters at least every other Friday. We love their lemon pepper wings and curly fries! We placed an order recently over the phone at the Conyers, Georgia location. Understanding that the background can be extremely noisy, it is a bar for heaven's sake. I placed the order on line and the person that took the order repeated the order back to me before hanging up the phone. When my husband arrived to the Conyers location the whole order was incorrect! The Manager debated with my husband for over10 minutes insisting that we ordered parmesan garlic wings, my husband explained to the manager that he was sitting in front of me when the order was placed and that I never said parmesan garlic wings. I have worked in sales for over 10 years and I have always been trained that customers are always, always, always right! Even if the customer is incorrect, manager of all staff members should never debate with the customer, especially in front of their staff members. It sets a bad example for the business and staff members. It's also Impertinent and humiliating on the owner's behalf. I would love to pay my upper management team members to disagree/argue with my most valued customers, I'm almost positive that this will increase my sales through-out my region. A business trusts that they are hiring competent employees to do their jobs and oversee the day-to-day business operations, especially the manager's that are paid an astronomical amount to run their business. We have visited this location on several occasions and there seems to always be an issue with management, it appears that the turnover rates are extremely high when it comes to management, the service is slow, and items that are listed on the menu are never in stock. It appears that whoever is over the hiring for this region continues to hire incompetent staff members. Long story short my husband had to wait 30 minutes for our order (which defeats the whole purpose of placing an order over the phone). Visited this location for the first time. Me and my guest ordered drinks only. The waitress was clueless about what's in the mixed drinks, and she was only 20. Not sure if she was old enough to serve drinks. But anyway, we placed our order and the drinks took forever, once we got them, they sucked. Tasted like straight juice. Remind you it was a light crowd, and it was around noon on a Saturday. I wasn't pleased with the service nor drinks. I probably won't be going back. read more

Very, very disappointed at this Hooters location. Wanted what was advertised on the menu $15.00 pitcher plus 15 wings. When we ordered they said we couldn't have it because they had no pitchers and the draft beer had a problem. Stopped in for a bite at 10PM on 3/19/2014 - They weren't busy, but stood waiting to be seated for 10 minutes... okay, no problem. Took my seat and then waited for 15 minutes without any service even though there weren't more than 10 customers in the entire place. Kept forgetting when I asked for additional stuff. Barely checked on us and didn't bring my chocolate cake as I asked for. Met up with my husband for lunch and we waited over 50 minutes for a salad and some wings. They said the kitchen had been slammed but didn't say it would take close to an hour. There was very little checking in with us to see if we wanted more drinks, very little reassurance for the wait and no apologies for the horrible back up in the kitchen. We saw a lot of take out orders coming out of the kitchen but very few to the actual in house customers, which is a little unbalanced to me. Let's be real here. It's 2016, not the 1950's. People should be able to go out and get a job serving at a restaurant without regards to how they look. After all, as cliche as this may sound, it's the inside that matters, not the outside. With that said, I at first felt a bit apprehensive about dining at a place like Hooter's that (from my understanding) hires servers not on the basis of personality but on the basis of physical appeal; however, I have always heard great things about the food at Hooter's (especially the wings), so I decided to stick it out and consume my dinner here at Hooter's despite my lack of agreement with some of the restaurant's employment choices. Consequently, I went in to Hooter's with low expectations for the service yet high expectations for the quality of the food. As I first walked into this particular dining establishment, my first predictions seemed as if it was going to turn out to be half true, for the staff that I immediately came into contact with wasn't particularly friendly but wasn't particularly grumpy either and simply appeared to just be going through the motions. However, as my meal progressed, the service here at Hooter's began to grow on me. My waitress, Briana, was more than just a talking Barbie doll, and she did an outstanding job of making conversation, checking on my table frequently, leaving the name of the manager in case there were any difficulties (which I thought was rather considerate and open of her), and going above and beyond in assuaging my low expectations. What also pleased me about my experience was that the manager went around and checked on tables frequently, which once again put my fears of poor service to rest. As for the food, the appetizers I ate, which were the fried pickles and the lots-a-tots, were delicious. The wings had lots of breading on them, and with the massive amount of breading and large amounts of grease, I found my self feeling a bit queasy after eating them, but due to the fact that my leftover wings served as a delicious breakfast the next morning when I consumed them cold, I'd say I can't really complain, though I do recommend that Hooter's lay off the breading slightly in order to maximize the flavor of the chicken and minimize the fattiness. Overall, Hooter's did a great job of proving to me that God does sometimes give with both hands in the sense that it provided both great staff and good food. read more
