I've been to this place many times. The bartenders and servers are always excellent but tonight, I sat at the bar and watched the cooks. Seriously impressive. They are like procedural robots - glove changes are frequent and done as needed, oil is refined, prep is so consistent.... Traveling through. We are super fans of Hooters and have been for nearly 35 years. Ordered hot buffalo shrimp and wings to go. The buffalo shrimp were almost black and severely overcooked. The medium wings were bland. So disappointing. read more

It was an up and down experience here. The service was top tier, prompt and accommodating. The atmosphere was as good as could be expected for what's essentially a sports bar. The variance came with the food. They were out of soft tortilla shells, so no quesadillas, which I really wanted for our starter. Then the Daytona sauce on the wings just didn't cut it for me. The naked wings were great, though. The chili cheese tater tots were only so so, and the drinks were the same, along with the cheesecake...but the fried shrimps were absolutely perfect. What a complete joke. We walked in and got taken to a table. Not enough room there as there was a table directly behind it with 8 people taken up the entire space. Asked to be moved & got moved to a dirty table so we asked for it to be wiped down. No one came so we asked to be seated in the main area. Said they couldn't because the tables were reserved for bigger parties. The place wasn't busy and those tables had room and were clean. Maybe it was my skin color? My husband and I flew in from Dallas and decided to grab a late meal. After passing many restaurants we decided to stop at Hooters in Conyers . We noticed there were not a lot of people so surely they would be fast. WRONG! We ordered water to drink, fried pickles, shrimp appetizer and buffalo chicken salad . The waitress asked what kind of chicken did we want on the buffalo chicken salad anyway, it took forever to get our food. The fire pickles came first and was just okay. Then we waited and waited and waited. While waiting I asked for a glass of Pinot Grigio, the waitress had no clue what that was. I said ma'am it's right here on the menu. She then said ohhhhh okay let me see if we have that. She came back and said they don't have it. Then I asked for a glass Chardonnay and she said we don't have that either. I said well just bring me any white wine. She then said we don't have any. Oh my goodness, okay. Next the. Salad and shrimp came, the salad looked more like a bag of iceberg lettuce and the chicken was cold on the salad i asked the waitress was that how it was supposed to be and she said um yes, I mean no, I mean I don't know but we can remake it . I typically don't return food but I just asked her to return it and bring our check. So before my review begins I want to address that I feel like the reviews here are from disgruntled wives who were forced to eat here while their husbands looked a little too hard.... Salty and jealous. Not cute.... So now onto my review. We went on a Saturday evening for dinner, prime time for business. It was busy but we were seated right away. The hostess was great, the lady that bussed the table was sweet and our server Gabby was AMAZING! Our orders for drinks were taken immediately and before she took our dinner order, the alcohol and regular beverages were already served to us. Dinner came out quickly and correct, she paid close attention to drink refills and small talk to connect with us. It was one of the BEST hooters experiences we have ever had across the country. First... I don't do a lot of reviews. It's gotta be real bad or real good to get me in here. I'm in town for a couple weeks of work and staying at the hotel across the street. Stopped in my first night on a chance, based on mixed reviews. It was a good experience. Came back a few days later. Again top notch. Tonight I came back for the third time in a week, and consistently, the service and food was great. Details .... Food... wings (naked) were perfect size and perfectly cooked. Curly fries perfect as well. Best Hooters wings I can remember (it's been awhile). I sat at the bar each time, so I can't comment on the table service. But the bar service was great. This is an old school Hooters where the kitchen is open and you can sit at the bar and watch the cooks work the orders. These guys are on fire. They really are impressive as they work through the orders. So... three strikes and YOU'RE IN! With all the workforce challenges in this age... this place is rising above. Keep it up! read more

Don't eat here. We're from Phoenix and stopped here only because the lounge next door didn't allow anyone under 21. Server was friendly but that's where it ends. My sister ordered tater tots which were forgotten. The fries for my nephews order didn't come out until 15 minutes after our food. I think they had to wash forks and knives to give us. The server brought them out in a paper towel still drying them. Menus had a dirty film. Then some disgusting dude that was sitting at the bar hawks up a loogie real loud while we were eating. Supposedly the paper on the order printer didn't operate correctly so it took twice as long to get our food which we couldn't stay and eat because our lunch hour was up. So it wasn't very busy when we went around 9, we got Kylie she took our order.. we got 15 spicy garlic wings, chicken nachos and curly fries. We got our food after like 25 mins.. which is really no problem.. she even brought us two ranches (that we didn't ask for & later charged us for it) on the other hand our nachos were soggy as hell and the queso was cold enough to start clumping back up and the curly fries were cold. We said fuck it to the nachos but we asked for new fries. Our waitress never came back around instead she was across the room SITTING AT A TABLE W CUSTOMERS so when the lady manager saw me looking around she asked if we needed anything and she brought us our fries. Which were also still kinda cold but at that point we had almost finished all of our food. Our waitress still never came back until it was time for the check. She made some smart ass remark and then when she came back to get the check she was reaching all up in my aunties face to get the plates and didn't say anything about it. My wife and I have been going to this hooters once or twice a year for the past five years and we always expect it to be better then our past experiences. The draft beer always has a funky taste. The kitchen staff obviously doesn't give a s**t....just trash. The only reason I didn't give a one star review is because the server staff is really nice and attentive. But damn. So I hadn't had hooters in 5 years since moving to this area, so I figured I would give it a try ... never again. I ordered food to go the bag was stapled so I didn't look inside(clearly my first mistake). I get home and my order is missing items I call back the person on the phone tells me to come back to pick up the missing items I get back to the restaurant and the managers then go on a 12 minute mission to try and tell me I'm lying about calling back instead of simply fixing my actual issue. One of the worst hooters experience I've had. We ordered fries, nachos, and about 30 wings but all of it was disappointing. The fries tasted stale and was cold. The nachos was alright but didn't have any shredded cheese on it. The wings were absolutely disappointing! We got spicy garlic as our sauce per usual, but the wings we got were definitely not spicy garlic. We talked to the waitress and she told us it was spicy garlic and didn't have an idea on what to do. When we asked for the spicy garlic sauce on the side to see if the sauce formula was change, it was completely different from what our wings were tossed in. So we didn't know what sauce our wings were tossed in originally. We requested 4 ranch because there was 4 people and only received 1. The waitress finally brought out 3 more after requested, but randomly brought out another 3 and charged us for it even though we didn't ask for the extra 3 ranch. The manager assisted us the best she could and got the food remade, but that took over 20-30 min for it to come out and by that time our appetite was ruin and we had been there for almost an hour just waiting for food. read more

We ordered 30 wings and only received one ranch sauce for dipping!!! Really?!?!?! In the online description for Baja Shrimp Tacos it says "we don't skimp on the shrimp" That's a joke because each taco included 3 tiny shrimp and were not how they were pictured online!?!? We've ordered these items from here before and they were fine...it is disgraceful to charge your prices for such skimpy portions and poor quality. Perhaps they skimped because it was takeout?!?! I have been going here for years and in the past year it has gotten downright terrible. The burgers are way too over cooked, and the wings which I used to love are now way too greasy. The last time I went there (last Friday night) I swore it would be the last, after sitting at the bar and seeing how absolutely filthy the kitchen was, and not seeing the eh cooks wearing gloves. I'm really not a fan of Hooter's however my friend likes to go there to watch the game. This particular location could use a face lift. The furniture and decor are dated. Additionally, the table we sat at as well as other appeared to be dirty. Although they were wiped down they were still covered with streaks and dried on food. I ordered shrimp tacos because the waitress said they were very good. I was able to finish 1 out of three so that should tell you how good they were not! The best part of my meal was the french fries which I had to send back because they were not well done. Oh yeah...the two margaritas tasted like strawberry koolaid...not even a buzz. First off, hooters in general is a restaurant my dad has been taking me to since I was a little kid. Conyers has now been my main location for the last 10 years or so. The food is GREAT! Service has always been Great as well! Went in for the all you can eat wings on Monday, 15.99$ you can't beat that with cold beer and sports on Tv's everywhere! Couldn't find the braves game last night but it was ok. Crab legs have always been great! Buffalo shrimp are good also, and half price from 10-close. Staff and managers stay on the floor and are there to take care of all needs. Manager last night touched all tables and made sure every one was in good shape, can't remember his name. Amber was my server and was great! I'm giving a 5 star, with that said I have few recommendations. Get fox sports south for Tv' for Hawks and braves games. This location is in need of renovation. I love it but it looks the same from 10 years plus time other hooters look more modern. 2-3 years ago they had a ribs promo in the summer, and they were incredible!!!!!
