They broke the blinds, damaged/chipped the wood on our furniture, lost our sofa pillows, they stuffed our belongings carelessly in a bag, our clothes were on the floor and they did not care to pick them up until I brought it to their attention. They discarded the tape rolls around the apartment as if it was a waste disposal basket. They put our sofas back as a toddler would put a toy back together. And honestly a toddler would had done a better job. The movers were negligent and extremely unprofessional. They took cigarette breaks lengthening the moving process and transferring the smell inside the space and around our belongings.One of the crew members was extremely rude and arrogant. He took our tree and banged it against the door when moving it out. Slammed the roll of black bags on the floor. He could have care less for the job he was performing. Because we paid for professional, white-glove service, we expect items to be handled with extreme care. The carelessness of the staff has resulted in leaving us with a very sour experience and it was totally the opposite of what was denoted to us in our initial conversation and in the reviews. I will never recommend their services to anyone, not even to my worse enemy. To anyone thinking of hiring this company do not go by the reviews as we did. Do your research! Be warned!

I have not written a review before but I suggest proceeding with caution and taking your valuables separately. It usually takes me over half a week to pack and be stressed for over a week, but Diego and his 3 teammates packed up our studio in 2-3 hours. They're so professional. They moved so quickly with care and accuracy. Most importantly, all my kitchen appliances were wrapped with care and delivered and arrived to my new apartment in the same condition. It took us about 2 hrs to settle in, and they once again unpacked most of the furnitures and reassembled them, making me feel settled in and relaxed. I cannot thank their team enough. They're all so polite, friendly and efficient. Within 1 day, I already feel 95% settled in. It's the easiest, stress-free moving experience I had in a while!

Before they even arrived, I got a tracking link to follow their location just like Uber, which immediately made me feel at ease. Crisanto and his crew showed up right on time and were incredible. They worked quickly but carefully, wrapping all of my furniture and somehow managing three giant mirrors without a single issue. Not one complaint and not one moment of stress. What really stood out was how above and beyond they went. They helped me figure out which part of my couch would actually fit in my space, laid out my rugs, and organized everything so I could still move around my studio comfortably. Also shoutout to one of the crew members who was on his first day. You truly could not tell. The whole team was professional, efficient, and just genuinely great to work with. This was hands down the easiest move I've ever had. If you are debating which moving company to use, this is your sign. Go with them.
