Tim answered many questions via email and even shot some additional video of the bike and emailed it right back so I could hear and see it start & run. It started out as a joke. The guys I was riding with were giving me junk because my wife told me if I broke down on my bike I could buy a new one. Well I didn't brake down. The pressure was to great. I saw a street glide and it was on, I had to have it. Tim the sails Mgr. was grate no high pressure. Parts had everything I wanted to add and they had it all on within an hour so I could get back on the road to North Carolina. Financing was done within minutes. My wife and I had a rear flat tire on our Ultra Classic in Heflin. Called the dealership and Bobby sent a truck to pick us up and was there in 15 minutes.
