She said her son would stop by. One thing I usually hate about service people is they treat you like you are an idiot for breaking the stuff in the first place or they have never seen your particular issues, even though you know it's common or you get mysterious charges for a flux capacitor on your bill. Not the case with Belanger. The service tech was friendly and listen to every issue I had. He had the attitude of "Yeah, I can fix that, no problem. We see this all the time". He didn't replace wheels and hinges that weren't broken, he realigned everything, and got all my issues taken care of in under 40 minutes. I was very pleased with everything. Door works great, the key pad is awesome. The bill was 1/2 of what I expected. For example, one line on the bill was "Fix Track $5" really $5? I would have been glad to pay $50, the track was a hot mess! Bottom line is they didn't rake me over the coals and I will call them if I ever have issues with my garage doors again. We were extremely pleased with the service provided by Sunshine Dryer Vent Cleaning. Richard and…read morehis brother-in-law are both pleasant, professional, unfailingly courteous and clearly know what they're doing. The job was done quickly; however due to the dryer vent having been put in incorrectly by the builder and because of that having come out during the cleaning process (this issue was addressed by Richard at no extra charge, and we ended up with a more secure vent because of what was done,) the whole job took a bit longer than anticipated. Richard also explained exactly what the builder did for the venting instead of what should have been done and how the builder had not constructed the dryer venting to code. We now feel more secure about there being no lint build-up in our dryer vent, which could have caused a fire. We will use Sunshine for all future cleanings and when we finally decide to replace the entire dryer vent set-up, which was done on the cheap by the builder.
