EXCUSE ME, I meant *line by line: 1. The 15 minutes call could have been a lot quicker if I ya'll could tell me what is included in that inspection. I dont think ya'll could have given a straight answer if your lives depended on it! 2. I was not comfortable paying the entire bill when I couldn't get a straight answer of what I was exactly paying for. However, I offered to pay half the night before and half after the work was finished. 3. If you recall, the whole point in getting a mobile mechanic was because I just started a job and I had a meeting in the morning with my director. Which I was very clear on calling ya'll back ASAP after the meeting. Ya'll agreed and decided to make the appt and set expectations that the work would be done. Saving best for last! 4. When I called afterwards to find out nothing had been done. I was scoffed at for asking, "so how do we proceed from here?" the reply, "ughhhh, were busy now." And then silence. There never was an offer to come back out later or even another day. He struggled for 30 minutes to even get it on the ramp and during that ripped the bumper off. Told my son that he did it and it was going to come out of his paycheck, he admitted it and then lied when he got back to their shop. This business is a mess and clearly doesn't know what they're doing. So don't risk having your car damaged end of story. I truly thought this was a great job for me and this man Kendrick really had me driving to Auburn Loomis Roseville Folsom Davis. I knew something was up the first time pay was supposed to be issue without notice when I asked for my pay out of nowhere where they switched it to to Wednesday. I said OK not too much I could do about that but then Tuesday came and I see my pay was incorrect. Every vehicle he had marked was marked as a light vehicle. Which you only get paid $20 for that you're supposed to get paid $40 for the medium and then 60 for the heavy duty. This man scammed me because the paystub said 243 which is a long way off from what was owed which was 411 I was counting on this money to pay for my suit for my dad. Funeral literally in just a few days. When everything was crumbling, I thought I had a job at least. Something I enjoy doing, but this man took advantage of that. He knew about my father and what I was going through and I'm a tough dude, but that was just heartless. This man really did me dirty. So now I'm going after him legally with everything screenshot and recorded I've already turned it into the labor board I have done some pretty wrong things in the past. But this was wrong as hell.

He brags about paying mileage but he'll never send you anywhere that pays any mileage.. he would call me on my days off to ask me to work. And I would basically leave the house and make about $20 of that whole day off on call waiting. He uses ebonics and semantics to tell you a bunch of nothing. King of word salads.
