The food itself is fine, nothing "great" or authentic by any means, but it's better than other similar asian food buffet I've tried in the USA. Price seemed very reasonable, especially because this is an all you can eat establishment. The service was great. They kept the dishes all hot and well stocked and clear your old plates very quickly. If you are looking for something a bit different to try when staying in Swindon, I'd definitely recommend JRC Global Buffet. I thought the selection was very nice. They have lots of offers from all over Asia and each "country" has it's own station with various selections. There is also a grill station where you can order various meats to be grilled to your desire. None of the food was spectacular, but it was all pretty good and what I'd expect from a buffet. As a word of caution, they do not offer many dishes outside of the "Asian realm" so if you don't like that kind of food then you'd be better off elsewhere. Aside from various potato dishes, some fried items (chicken, onion rings, friend shrimp), and the grill station, most of the food is Asian. They also have a very nice dessert area with ice cream, sweets, and a chocolate fountain. Service was great for this style of restaraunt. They don't bring anything to your table for you (not even the water which you need to pick up from the bar), but they clear plates quickly.

Despite this, recently I was dragged along with a bunch of friends for a meal here, and clearing away my preformed judgements about the place, I was actually fairly pleasantly surprised. Their obvious selling feature is the quirkiness of having many different cuisines under one roof - and it's kind of pleasant to not be confined to one style for once. However, being a jack of all trades also means they're not amazing at any of them - but the cheap prices perhaps make up for that. Although I was entertained by the experience I wasn't won over, and the poor service didn't help.

A hearty menu, hearty portions, and hearty bar staff (doesn't the word hearty sound a bit odd now?). In other words this place isn't overly up market and they aren't afraid to be friendly and offer decently sized portions. They don't let themselves be constricted to one continent, let alone one country here, with Mexican, Inidan, and Chinese amongst the extensive range of cuisines available. This obviously means it isn't quite as authentic as going somewhere spealist, but they're never too wide of the mark. If you are looking for the real deal then perhaps head somewhere else. Flavourz (I think they let themselves down with the name a bit) offers a taste education in a friendly setting, and with big portions.

Mostly Mexican, Chinese, and Indian. Not really any Western European food at all. And... the desserts!! This was what I was most disappointed with- they had an ice cream bar (really?), and a couple kinds of pastries (the ice cream was better). So- the food that I ate was good, but I don't think it was truly an 'international' buffet. Plus the waiters were not very helpful.

We received 1 round of drinks when we first sat down. After that the servers disappeared. That's not quite true. They were clearly visible, but their only concern was talking to each other near the staff room doors and they were incredibly skilled at disappearing behind those doors as soon as a customer dared to approach. The tables around mine were littered with empty plates as the servers failed to remove the dirty dishes. The whole point of this restaurant is that you get a clean plate and cutlery every time you go up to the buffet so that you can taste the food you want on this trip and not mix your Lasagne with your aromatic duck I made the mistake of taking my family here for my mums 50th Birthday Meal. Never again. And watch out for the Service Charge. The receipt states it is voluntary but when I asked about it the staff advised they don't add this charge. They refused to give me a receipt until after I paid, and guess what? A £5.61 service charge miraculously appeared.

I came here with my coworker for dinner on friday and the restaurant was completely full with groups celebrating x-mas, even if it was just a first week of December. Food was OK but most main dishes were indian/asian food. There are salad bar, fried appetizers and ribs and pizza (not very good). You can get pasta-made-to-order. Dessert bar has a few kinds of cakes and various kinds of ice-cream. I thought most indian dishes and one chicken thai curry dish are better than other dishes. So, I'm not sure if this is good if you are looking for a good variety of western food.. For normal price at 13 pounds, it was OK but I paid 25.50 pounds for same menu as other season just because it was December. It's not worth 25.50 pounds, especially drinks are not included. Friendly service.

Your strategy should be to take very small amounts of things that look promising to you back on your first plate and decide based on that whether you want to take a larger portions, because the dishes seem to very widely in authenticity & flavor. I recommend the grilled gyro meat; the chicken korma; the Korean style spicy fried chicken; the tandoor style chicken wings; indian style shrimp; the brown, stir fried thick noodles; the white rice; the roasted turkey; the Eaton mess, coconut pudding, and fruit. The lamb ribs were tender but very plain. Chicken Tikka masala was tender but slightly acrid & mostly tasted of garam masala. It cried out for fresh lemon and yogurt. I did not see Raita. Dishes I would not recommend: lamb rogan josh - salty and v over cloved; sweet and sour chicken - sticky breading & v sweet; crispy satay - had a single noted unfamiliar flavor; ice cream cones tasted of whey. Tried bits of several other sauced chinese dishes that I found very lacking. They were very fast about clearing away plates and dirty, silverware and the bathrooms are clean. It's a bit noisy and I wish parents would not let their children run around rummaging through the food and the chocolate fountain. If you're going with a group of people that don't like different things, I think everybody would be able to find something they were happy with. Kids seem to like it a lot. For two of us with only water to drink, the bill came to 48 quid I think. It was the only place in the area where we could get Indian food at five in the afternoon. I might go there again, but I would be even pickier about what I tried.

For less than £15 you can have an all-you-can-eat buffet including pizza, Indian, Chinese, fried foods, salad or freshly prepared teppanyaki, stir-fried noodles, grilled meats, and desserts. Drinks are made to order except fizzy drinks that are bottomless for just £2.85.  The variety on offer is good but the quality is average e.g. the beef and turkey roasts were dry and likewise the vegetables were shrivelled up as if out for too long, the chicken and sweetcorn soup tasted okay but was a bit watery, some of the black Bean mussels had dried out so that the mussel was dry on the inside, the sushi rolls had barely any filling and the teppanyaki tasted bland. The dessert fairs better than the savoury food with an impressive chocolate fountain, a range of ice cream flavours and an array of pre-prepared bite-sized items including rocky road, chocolate cakes, strawberry mousse, mini Swiss rolls and jelly. The fruit on offer was pineapple, watermelon and grapes whereby the pineapple was watery but lacking sweetness and the grapes were sweet whilst contained seeds.  All in all the food and drink was aplenty, of a satisfying variety and displayed well but the quality was not quite commendable.
