But, Heather made the experience super comfortable. She has a nice energy and I felt at ease. That's all well and good, but her hands, though? Her hands are...magic. She asked for my pressure preference, checked on my comfort, and had at it with my knots. I was locked up pretty good in my shoulders and hamstrings thanks to a new workout routine. When I left, my muscles were loose and my tension was gone. The outside looks like what it is - an old brick professional building. I thought it was pretty cool, actually. Then, I was impressed with how inside the spa was decorated. It was gorgeous! I loved the colors and details in the massage room. I completely forgot I was essentially in a small office building. Fiona has a good knowledge of pressure points and knows the proper pressure to apply. She uses her hands, arms and fingers to give your muscles a thorough workout. She is capable of giving an almost chiropractic adjustment. When I left the office I was less stiff and felt much better. Fiona also has a very positive attitude and conveys that through her massage and any discussion we may have. She is a pleasure to be around. I cannot recommend this woman's work, though she assured me that the pain was necessary to improve my function. I had the impression that she made it up as she went along.

She also wouldn't punch my "get 10 massages and receive free 30 min foot massage" card because I didn't give more than a $20 tip, which was weird, but a commonly random "rule" at many of these establishments.
