I called to order a meat pizza listed online for $13.92 and they wanted to charge me $19.25. They kept saying I was looking at an old menu,if that menu online is old maybe they better update it. Stopped here for a couple of slices for lunch on a Saturday. (Sausage and chicken) Not a bad selection of slices ready to go. Slices were pretty fresh, warmed up quick and I was on my way. Price was reasonable for a one topping slice of this size, amount of toppings were good. They had cheese and crushed red pepper available. Cooler drink selection was good, drinks were cold. The guy behind the counter was polite. Fair quality pizza over all at a reasonable price. It's not New Haven pizza, but good for Stratford and good for an average night. Chicken on the pizza was ok, sausage was better. Overall I'm satisfied and I'll stop back again. Would recommend. We ordered from this location during our working lunch. I ordered the honey spot salad with grilled chicken on top. I will say this: the greens are very fresh, and the chicken... Oh my God, what a generous portion of chicken was placed upon my salad. This was a salad that filled me up, and was very tasty. They also stick about a third of a loaf of bread in with the order which is great. Ask for extra butter as they only place one packet into the order. Overall, very glad we chose to order from here, and I actually can't wait to work and have a nice lunch from here again! read more

I'm from NYC So I know how pizza should be and this is the closest to NY pizza that I've found in 3 yrs that I've lived in CT.

I've been coming here for a decade. It may seem minor but based off my last experience I won't return here. My order was incorrect so I called to rectify it and spoke with a woman who was short and had an "I don't care sucks for you" demeanor. The recording when you call says it's recorded so I asked they review it and it was dismissed. No apology, no attempt to fix it just "well that's what the guy says you ordered". Years of being a loyal customer means nothing. I have no interest in supporting a business that just wants your money since that's what this experience showed. There are other great choices, don't be a consumer to a place that doesn't even treat you with basic respect and talks to you with an attitude and is dismissive. FYI in all the times I've ordered my order has never been wrong or messed up, this was my first time experiencing that and looking to rectify it as my household doesn't eat pepperoni so we're stuck with an order we didn't ask for for almost $40. read more

Will never order from here again called and said pick up after my mom drove over there to pick up they said o no it's delivered. We get the pizza they sent the wrong one, I called them expecting them to say yes we messed up we'll send a new one instead I got a lesson on how to order. Called back told them we want pizza anyway as they said ok it's a 5 dollar difference and they want the old pizza back which someone has already eaten a slice from. The fact that there going to take it back and serves the slices to us people after it sat at my house for an hour is utterly disgusting. This message is to the owner of the business not the secretary or manager. I ordered from your business today for the first time. I ordered 2 chicken parmigiana grinders by delivery. Paid for both sandwiches and paid tip to the driver. After first bite both myself and daughter were unhappy with the sandwich. Taste was not pleasant and I had never seen a chicken parmigiana made this way. It was horrible. We called your business and the secretary did not allow us the opportunity to speak with the owner or manager. She was rude and condescending advising that she wasn't going to send the delivery guy back out unless we paid him another delivery fee. We were told that if we wanted to come in and face the manger that we could do that and that in quotations "he is too busy to deal with us and if we wanted we could drive there and he will be waiting for us" we then asked to speak with him again and she hung up in our faces. I have reviewed your business ratings on yelp and your web site and it appears that everyone has rated badly with horrible comments. I don't know who's business this is however if I was the owner I would want to know who and why my business isn't thriving as it should. Customer service has changed tremendously throughout the years and it's really a-shame. The person who answers your phones should be on their A game. they are the first voice a paying customer hears and if that voice can't fix a problem not come across pleasant then it's only a matter of time before your business is no longer. I ordered online and added special notes for the food. I had confirmation that everything was received. Then I was told they could not take out the peppers from the salad and add the dressing that I wanted. I had already paid for the order, so I said fine. The driver came in 45 minutes. I ordered a side of meatballs, which were very bland. The sauce had no taste. I also ordered an antipasto. It came with pickles on it and the dressing was ranch. PICKLES and RANCH?!
