Upon looking at my card charges the next day, they separated the bill into two charges, the actual bill itself ($61.21) then the tip as a bill ($20). Two days later, they up-charged the tip bill ($20) and added $61.21. I paid $61.21 twice. I went to the restaurant twice to resolve the issue to be told that they could not see that it was not their problem. Credit card company said it was as definitely purposeful on the restaurant's end. We all know it was. They screwed their server over of a good tipping customer. I guess they have enough business and don't need mine.

The bread is normally a high light to the start of our meal. The 1/2 steakhouse burger (Lunch time) had very good flavor. Make sure to order it medium well so you can enjoy some of the juices. Otherwise it will be dry. The fries were like warm. The season steakhouse wings were great!! Love how they put the buffalo sauce on the side so you can enjoy the wing flavor. Now the crispy Brussels sprouts yes they were crispy. But they lacked flavor, even salt and pepper couldn't revive these. I have had better from Longhorns, very disappointed. Ordered parmesan crusted chicken (12oz) with loaded potatoes for my parents. They loved the meal and it was take out!! Also a mixed green salad with blue cheese and loaded potato soup. Our waiter Gavin was great from start to finish. When I asked her for recommendations she was honest. Wanted to try the French onion soup but since I was doing it as a take out, she said the other soup would be better for take out. So I ordered the loaded potato soup.

We expect there to be some wait times on a Friday night at a popular spot but if your wait staff continually apologizes for the slow service then it's not just in the customer's mind. I won't name our waitress cause I don't think it was her fault. The place was lively with the weekend crowd and we were seated pretty fast. The entrees were great when they did reach the table. My ribeye was cooked to the perfect temp and the Brussel sprouts were very good. Everyone else at the table enjoyed their meals as well. The service put a damper on an otherwise great family dinner.

Once we got it, the temps of some items were lukewarm. A couple of our guests ordered the pot roast special and complained about the really small portion of roast received in comparison to the vegetables. It was brought to our servers' attention, but she just stated that's all that came with the special. I ordered the Fried Liver which was adequate. The fried okra and broccoli casserole was lukewarm. Overall, the food was subpar. As far as the the restaraunt, it is older and outdated. Expect no thrills and although it's a "steakhouse", I wouldn't trust eating a steak here.
