I planned everything myself but wanted someone to help with setup and tear down on wedding day. I had a vision of how I wanted everything to go and I went over the details with her. It's one thing to see it in my mind but another to trust someone to bring that vision to life. I was blown away by how outstanding she was. We had a few issues and she made some quick decisions to work through them taking the stress off me for the day. I cannot thank them enough for how great they were and I appreciate so much how they helped make the best day ever possible. If I could go back, I would have hired them for more coordination help to take the stress off of me.

On our first meeting she was running around troubleshooting everything from a cookie display (this was SO important to the family), to making sure everything stayed on time, directing each person who came to the venue to the correct places...she is a well-oiled machine on the day of the wedding. More recently, I have been able to see her process when I saw her offices and met some of her clients on-site. She has excellent relationships and truly cares about each of her brides or clients, is always quick to communicate via email or phone call and has built up a rapport with so many wonderful vendors to partner with her clients. Brides are lucky to have her and she is so humble and down to earth, she listens and provides what her clients want. Also-she keeps a lot of items on hand to help the visual impact of the weddings and events so that the clients won't have to buy them just to use for one day. VERY cost effective. Again, cannot recommend highly enough!

Darcy helped us think about all the things we didn't consider in our planning and make sure our bases were covered for rain. She had a magical Mary poppins bag full of things I didn't even know we might need that day (that we DID need): shout wipes, tissues, safety pins, fashion tape, umbrellas. I'm pretty sure if you needed some wedding vows, CBD gummies, an electrolyte pack, or an emergency cell phone charger, she probably had it in there too. Aisle planner was another perk of using StR events. I was able to make my reception & ceremony plan A & plan B layouts for Darcy to see where everything from the vendors would go for setup. Definitely take advantage of this tool, it tracks your to-dos, budgets, vendors, layouts, & rsvps. She gave us 110% and didn't break a sweat when one of our vendors showed up 3 hours late to set up. She is so professional, she has insight from many past brides experiences & makes you feel like your wedding is the only one she is working this year. I'm recommending her to all my single friends. Best wedding budget money you will spend hands down.

She helped us with our June 2024 wedding as the day-of coordinator but she was so amazing that we *wish* we had had her plan the whole thing. Jennifer is incredibly organized, friendly, and professional. She provided invaluable input on all the last-minute questions from vendors that helped our wedding day go smoothly. She handled all the surprises that came up during the wedding and allowed us to fully enjoy the day we had spent two years planning. I cannot emphasize this enough: she was incredible and directly responsible for us having the best day possible while surrounded by our guests and loved ones.

She gave me 110% of her time and energy everytime. There wasn't anything I asked her about that she couldn't help me with or help me come up with a solution. I couldn't recommend her more.

We asked for cupcakes in a flower pot and provided her with a picture. She then took it upon herself to google something completely different and provided us with a horrible recreation of it. Her response to our complaints... "I'm not an artist." Ummm ok then why did you say " Oh I can do that"...What a joke. She even sat out 2 on display that were complete mistakes she said she thought she took out. I could go on and on about the pots not being too small and her smart remarks, her setting up late, providing dead flowers for the centerpieces and the catering not being that great. Sandra is completely unprofessional, careless and insensitive to what you request. I highly suggest supporting another company that is actually going to provide you with what you're paid for. Truly regretful of letting her plan my shower, she was such a disappointment. The response from the owner is another example of her insensitivity and incompetence. There was nothing Winnie the Pooh themed about the shower. Everything was just yellow. No one even had a clue. If Sandra would have taken the time to confirm what we actually wanted there would have been a totally different outcome. She even posted pictures of party favors my family ordered that had nothing to do with what she provided or did. A copyright infringement removal has been requested.
