On our first meeting she was running around troubleshooting everything from a cookie display (this was SO important to the family), to making sure everything stayed on time, directing each person who came to the venue to the correct places...she is a well-oiled machine on the day of the wedding. More recently, I have been able to see her process when I saw her offices and met some of her clients on-site. She has excellent relationships and truly cares about each of her brides or clients, is always quick to communicate via email or phone call and has built up a rapport with so many wonderful vendors to partner with her clients. Brides are lucky to have her and she is so humble and down to earth, she listens and provides what her clients want. Also-she keeps a lot of items on hand to help the visual impact of the weddings and events so that the clients won't have to buy them just to use for one day. VERY cost effective.
