It is fast and the pain is not bad (and I am a notorious wuss). Most importantly the results were awesome. I will never go back to my previous hair status knowing what I know now. I have been going here about once a month-ish for over a year. I have had a wax done by everyone. Valerie is my regular but if I am in a pinch for scheduling I go with any of the other gals. Before I leave, can I get a receipt. Rep couldn't figure it out on the spot. So I told her to email it to me. I've attached the receipt that was sent to me once I left. It clearly shows there was still a credit of $15 left on the card. I am glad no tip was left by me. This was a simple but costly service it was a quick 35 min visit.
