Tyler is very knowledgeable, and gave an honest assessment of what needed to be done. He is very thorough and meticulous as he also discovered a water leak around the powder room toilet, with damaged sub flooring which he replaced. He also had to unexpectedly treat some unknown mold. He then detected some slight warping in the new flooring shortly after they began laying it. He dealt with the flooring company even when they initially said it was fine. He insisted it was defective and proved this to them through photos and an on-site visit. He had all the new flooring replaced with a different option and the job was completed as quickly as possible. He was always very conscientious about keeping our home clean, safe, and "livable" during the project knowing we have 2 toddlers and 3 dogs in the house. Have nothing but great things to say about him and his assistants. Would recommend his company to anyone!

Owner assured me workers were capable and he is a great salesman. Could have used better supervison. Hard working but attention to detail lacking. Paid owner ahead of schedule to help him make cash flow. Seemed like the right thing to do at the time since my bathroom was totally torn up. Some important issues remain unresolved. Price seemed fair but problems have appeared. He came back to fix a leak for incorrectly installed sink drain but has somewhat haphazard approach to resolving my concerns. Need multiple calls to get any response for remaining problems.

Throughout the project Rod was easy to work with and a clear communicator. He gave me a very reasonable estimate that ended up being very accurate. Great value for the high quality work. I will definitely work with Rod again in the future and would trust him with any project.

He is one of the friendliest people you will meet and extremely hard working and honest. A few years ago I had water leaking into my dining room which was coming from a second floor bathroom shower. Although I pay hundreds of dollars a year for an additional home warranty plan, they would not cover my leak. In a very frustrating time for me, Roderick came over in the evening after working on another job to look at the situation. I felt much better after his visit knowing that it was all going to be fixed. He is the first person I call when I have an issue with my home or am ready for another fun project in the house.

I messaged him almost a week later and he said, " he had a plumbing emergency ". Ok, you could have called and said, sorry, an emergency came up, can I get back to you when my emergency gets straightened out. He didn't even have the decency to let me know he wouldn't be coming, I had to message him I had another contractor do my job but just wanted to let people know in case they were thinking of using him. Maybe my job was too small for him but just say so. I personally would not recommend this guy.
