He helped me make sure I ordered the right doors. He picked up everything at Lowe's, and sent pictures before he left to make sure that I was satisfied with how everything looked. The job was started and finished on time. He provided updates and pictures. He also noticed that the overhang by the back door was askew. He pointed this out and was willing to fix that also. The weatherstripping on the back door had always been a little discombobulated. I did not mention this, but when I got home Phil had gone ahead and fixed it. The entire job was done above and beyond my expectations. Everything was also completed for a little less than the quote! That was a pleasant surprise. I definitely plan to hire Phil again!
