She took a personal interest in my daughter's dreams and desires. The dress was completed within our budget and within the promised time frame. Always prompt on communication and updates during the process from start to finish, we never worried about anything related to my daughter's gown. To me, as a mother, this was more than a business transaction. Evelina helped me and encouraged me through other matters in the year-long wedding planning process. She offered immeasurable emotional support and guidance to both of us, helping me with ideas throughout the entire wedding planning process and providing valuable advice based on her extensive experience in the wedding industry. I waited a bit as a few store employees finished their non-work related conversation. Finally, one of the women asked if she could help. I asked if I could look at mother's dresses. She told me I had to have someone with me. She called over two women to help. Neither of them were very eager to help. I explained what I was looking for (long dress, navy or wine colored, flowy/short sleeved, some beading) and one of the women proceeded to pull a few dresses off the rack that were totally opposite of what I wanted. After half-heartedly showing me three or four dresses she said, "Yeah, I don't really know if we have what your looking for, so you can just look around." I left the store and visited another store nearby where I was eagerly greeted and assisted. Happily I found the perfect dress (after being shown at least eight dresses that fit the description I gave).

I told them I was busy all day Saturday and that I had made the appointment on Sunday as they were the only place in the area opened on Sunday. The employee said since they made the appointment they would still open for me on Sunday if I wished. I was happy to hear that so they said I should let them know on Saturday if I wanted to come in on Sunday. On Saturday, I called and let them know that I wanted to come in on Sunday as they promised. About 10 minutes later someone from the store called and asked the same question. I told them the Same thing, that I would like to come in on Sunday as the initial appointment was made. On Sunday, my party of 4 and I showed up at 12, the same time the appointment was made. No one was there. We waited 15 minutes. I tried calling the store. No one answered and no one showed. We left. I consider this to be very unprofessional and plain rude. I would not reommed this store to anyone.
