Jim brought over the new split rails replacements ahead of time so I could stain them so they blended in better and utilized the existing split rails where he could. He also replaced a gate and put in a new big gate using shutters and panels I already had. His price was very reasonable and I have had many compliments on my two new gates. Quality job! Well done. Ron's #1 goal is to be helpful and he has gone above and beyond to be exactly that. I've actually never experienced customer service quite this great. Screw the bullies and shoddy contractors who upsell you items you don't need. Call Ron. He doesn't have a bad bone in his entire body. We were pleased with how quickly the work started and we were excited with the quality that we would receive. However, the end result was sloppy and unprofessional. It became apparent that Fritts didn't manage their time and it became a rush job. We trusted Brian and his team to finish the job and paid him, once we did a walkthrough and pointed out the various mistakes and touch ups. We contacted Brian and he assured us that the work would be completed as soon as possible. After four weeks and many canceled appointments, we were finally able to get Brian out to our home. We appreciate that Brian spent his own time fixing up the job as much as he could. Unfortunately, there were just too many mistakes for one person to handle. Brian is very nice and accommodating; we were just not satisfied with the end result.

Unfortunately I hired another contractor first that struggled with removing the wallpaper despite agreeing to the job, and I was relieved that Ramirez Brothers were able to come through for me. They were very hard workers, respectful with laying down paper all throughout the house including areas they were not painting in (but walking through) to protect the rest of the home. We ended up hiring them more jobs including painting several rooms and ceilings, as well as a full kitchen cabinet painting job afterwards. Their work is fantastic and everything looks great. We will be definitely going to them for future painting jobs.
