GIVE THIS COMPANY A CHANCE IF YOU WANT A FAMILY RUN BUSINESS WHO KNOW THEIR FENCING, ARE RELIABLE,…read moreKNOWLEDGEABLE, REASONABLE, AND HONEST. I want to let you all know that my experience with Gary and his team was AWESOME!! We called three fencing companies for estimates for a fence to separate our horses and our children's play area. One company did not show up for the appointment, when I called to ask what happened and rebook, they did not answer the phone nor call me back after I left two messages. Out of the two other companies All-Pro was the more expensive of the two. The reason we went with All-Pro was the knowledge Gary had about fencing for horses. He knew we wanted four board and to face the posts for extra strength and a nicer look. After giving me the written estimate Gary offered to put oak boards on the top rails so the horses couldn't damage the fence by chewing on it at NO EXTRA CHARGE. The earliest the other company could begin the fence was mid January. All-Pro could begin two weeks later! Gary's wife called the day of the appointment, December 8th, it was a very cold day below freezing, to let me know one of their trucks wasn't starting, understandability. We rebooked for the next work day. Again it was an extremely cold day so the guys didn't start until 11am. They got straight to work and did not leave for the day until all the posts were in, by the time they left it was dusk. The guys came back to put the boards and netting up once the concrete was cured. Again they didn't start until it had warmed up a little outside, around ten, however these men were still working all day in cold weather with a freezing wind chill. They stayed passed 6pm (it was dark by the time they left). They did a FANTASTIC job, cleaned up all the mess. At my husbands request they left the wood that was cut offs and extra they hadn't used. I expected to have to take a magnet out and drag for nails and screws that were dropped, however we didn't find any! Gary and his crew were very respectful and friendly. Yes, a little more familiar than some professional companies, however that is the kind of people we look for as they are more often than not more honest and reliable, than the larger companies. I want to say I am sorry the previous reviewers feel they had such a bad experience. I have always believed that there are three sides to every story, theirs, yours and the truth.

They attached and built a one car garage to our shed. Put a red metal roof over all and sided the garage with grey metal siding. Our latest and last project was putting a red metal roof and grey metal siding with new gutters and downspouts on our house. We had already had a 36x30 pole barn built when we moved in with a red metal roof and grey siding with a Buckeye party room and Buckeye bathroom. Now we will be known as Buckeye Hill.

I came across Stacy Heating and Air via internet. They were about the only people who stay open past the 9-5 hours and could really talk to you about what was wrong. Spoke to the nicest lady on the phone and told her my problem, within 5 minutes Wayne our repairman called me and set up an appointment to come out on Saturday. Unheard of right? Not Wayne he said he would be there and it was not a triple cost fee to come out. Wayne called in morning because he had a cancellation, came 4 hours earlier than expected and he had our problem diagnosed and practically fixed before my in-laws arrived at our house to meet him. 5*****'s to Wayne as well. You sure do have a new customer in me and more than likely my in-laws as well. I will tell everyone I know about your wonderful service! Thanks again Stacy Heating & Air M. Quatman

Highly recommend for any job, big or small!!! My wife and I hired Probst Excavating to finish a job…read morethat another company failed to finish prior to us moving into our house. Eli had great communication and explained what needed to be done and what he intended to do prior to doing the work. He was fair and honest on the quote he gave us. It was even a better deal than renting the equipment and attempting to do it myself. He worked around my schedule and showed up on time. He made safety a priority and also considered my neighbors property. The quality and amount of work performed exceeded my expectations. The work was done in a timely manner and he made sure I was pleased with his work before he finished. None of the typical stuff with other companies having their crews on site until 9pm. We had siding, tons of metal trim, bay window, and shutters replaced. We had initially gone with one of the big companies you see on TV and had a horrendous experience. Went with these guys and it was a night and day difference...for the better. The owner is actually on site working with his crew. They do not sub contract. They would use a magnet DAILY to ensure the yard was clean for my dogs and 4 children. I cannot speak highly enough about these guys. We wanted a true home improvement and that's what we got. If you have questions while they are there, they are happy to answer them. Give them a shot like we did and you won't regret it. We saved thousands and wound up with a far better job.
