Now some of the windows are SO crystal clear that I feel like they're not even there! We've never had our windows professionally cleaned before, but the price felt reasonable for the size of the house. Also, there was a slight mix-up about the scheduling, but they worked us in quickly, so there was no issue. Finally, this might be a small thing, but I really appreciated that Larry showed up with a vehicle and shirt clearly marked with United Window Cleaning's name and logo.

Tylor offered to clean the outside of the gutters, (Great suggestion) We are still so ecstatic how everything looks now. The lighting fixtures just glisten!!! (Don't know what we would do without Tylor!) We were BEYOND thrilled with the job he did AGAIN with the windows in the Spring. The windows look great inside & outside. So professional & friendly. ProShine (Tylor - owner) is OUTSTANDING!!! I am so impressed. He came out quickly to do the estimate. Was very professional and thorough. He quickly communicated the estimate and when he could come out to clean the windows (indoor and outdoor). He was very polite with my questions and never seemed irritated with my questions or follow up. (I truly appreciate that). The day he arrived on time and did an OUTSTANDING job cleaning all of the many many windows inside and out. He was very polite and professional as he diligently worked to expediently complete the entire task. The windows ALL look great. We were so impressed, already hired him to come back in the fall.
