Now some of the windows are SO crystal clear that I feel like they're not even there! We've never had our windows professionally cleaned before, but the price felt reasonable for the size of the house. Also, there was a slight mix-up about the scheduling, but they worked us in quickly, so there was no issue. Finally, this might be a small thing, but I really appreciated that Larry showed up with a vehicle and shirt clearly marked with United Window Cleaning's name and logo.

But the ladder they brought into the house had dried mud in the crevices that went onto the floors, 4 windows were still streaked after cleaning and I actually found a few more the next day. To be fair, the sun was out and windows probably dried too quickly, but this is their business... The price was a bit less than my regular company, which is why I thought I'd save a few dollars by trying someone new. The guys were so nice that I had to give them an extra star, but their attention to detail was not top quality and I will go back to my regular company.
