I saw this place on TikTok and saw it was close by so I decided to check it out after work. Honeybun latte was meh nothing really to rave about just tastes like coffee and cinnamon really. They had those really cute and viral fruit mousse pastries and I caved and bought one. It lacked flavor really just tasted like heavy whipping cream with strawberry jam in the middle. I would come here again for the coffee and try maybe a diff latte but would skip the pastries. I saw they had some food as well that I would've liked to try too!

What a cool spot! A much welcomed addition to Hackensack.

Every so often a café arrives that feels perfectly timed with a neighborhood's evolving appetite. Honey Brewed Cafe is exactly that kind of place, a welcome addition to Hackensack's steadily growing, food-forward renaissance. The café carries the motto "Brewed with love, served with joy," and within moments of stepping inside, it becomes clear that the phrase is more than branding. The space feels polished and thoughtfully designed, with a clean, modern aesthetic that still manages to feel warm. It is the kind of café where people linger. On my first visit, the tables were filled with a cross-section of the community: students chatting over coffee, friends catching up, and neighbors quietly savoring pastries. The menu reads like a playful celebration of indulgence. Crepes, specialty coffees, pastries, and cookies all compete for attention. For my first visit, I ordered the Iced Honey Bun Latte and a Banana Mousse pastry that may be one of the most charming desserts currently being served in Bergen County. The pastry arrives looking almost whimsical, a cluster of tiny banana-shaped creations resting atop a cookie base, each one fully edible. The mousse itself is airy and delicate, with the texture of a banana custard that leans more elegant than sugary. It is soft, balanced, and surprisingly refined. The Honey Bun Latte proved to be a worthy companion. Sweet but not overwhelming, the drink carries warm pastry notes with a smooth coffee backbone that keeps everything in harmony. A small detail that deserves recognition is the drinkware. The café serves its iced beverages in impressively sturdy plastic cups that feel less disposable and more like something designed to be reused. They are, quite possibly, the most durable café cups I have encountered in some time. If the early crowds are any indication, Honey Brewed Cafe is already becoming a gathering place. The kind of café where people meet, stay awhile, and perhaps order just one more pastry. I will certainly be back. The crepes are calling. Honey Brewed Cafe294 Main StreetHackensack, NJ

Cute & new cafe on Main Street! Staff was friendly & was busy for a Wednesday afternoon. Street parking only. I enjoyed their lavender lemonade & almond croissant. There were no plugs available for use at the cafe, I wouldn't recommend if you plan on coming to study/do some remote work.

Honey Brewed is a new location on Main st, so I was excited to go! It is very nicely decorated and the location looks clean. Great place to meet friends. I have to give a big shout to the woman at the counter- she was incredibly sweet and friendly. She provided me with recommendations of her favorite drinks and explained all of them. I ended up getting the mango refresher. It was not too sweet and was just what I needed for a bit of energy. I would definitely go back and try a dessert!

Stopped In for a coffee and waffle for dessert it was okay. Wasn't impressed at all. Coffee was very bland and not that good. The waffle was pretty good not the best but okay. Service was pretty good it was ready fast and the waffle was cooked good and the pistachio cream on it was good. The workers were very nice. Seating inside as well.

The fruits in the crepe were fresh and juicy. It was cooked to my liking - soft and tender in texture. It smelled sweet and looked appetizing. The only change I will make next time is asking them not to add the chocolate drizzle on top, I prefer my crepes only with Nutella because that is the only chocolate taste I want to savor. 9/10 The cappuccino was delightful, pleasing to the eyes, and with an aroma of cinnamon. It was light, creamy, smooth and balanced. I prefer almond milk and they had it. 10/10 The rum raisin ice cream was fresh, flavorful, and bright. 10/10 Service: Staff was kind, efficient, knowledgeable and attentive. I was greeted as soon as I walked in. When I asked what her favorite ice cream was she told me and her selection was in fact delicious. I love how accommodating she was. Customer service 10/10. Ambiance: This location is clean and beautifully decorated. It emits serenity and made me feel welcome. The furniture is pretty and comfortable and its size and placing makes the room look spacious. There are plant and floral decorations along the walls. Finally there is a beautiful bench inside. I am so happy that I found this treasure. I truly love the vibe and am looking forward to coming here many more times. @gabrielleenergy

The OG location is in Fort Lee, but this little kiosk is just as good. Japanese crepes are similar to French crepes, but with key differences. Japanese ones are usually thinner, crispier, made with rice flour batter(gluten free), and are served in a cone shape. The menu is very straightforward. You can choose between 13 sweet crepes and 5 savory crepes. They all have pre-selected ingredients but you can choose to substitute or add additional toppings as desired. I went with the basic Strawberry Nutella ($11.95). Depending on how busy it is, you might have to wait for a bit because they make the crepes fresh on the premises. You can watch the whole process right in front of you :') I almost didn't want to eat mine because the packaging is just so darn cute. Safe to say, I devoured it within a few minutes. The strawberries were sweet and juicy and the nutella was so rich. I LOVED the crispiness of the rice flour batter. I wanted to order another one... but I'm not God's favorite so I have to watch my weight LOL

Crêpes are an ultra-thin pancake common in France that can be made sweet or savory, typically rolled or folded with a variety of fillings from jam or Nutella to ham and cheese or fruits. They can be eaten for breakfast, dinner, brunch, dessert, or even a snack. Situated on Riverside Avenue in Lyndhurst, this cozy, simple hidden gem establishment offers an array of healthy options on their diverse menu, to which my partner and I returned after 8 years. Upon entering 3rd Wave Cafe, we were able to get a booth along the wall in an upbeat, casual vibe as the music was playing throughout. We decided on the Tropical Crêpe and Avocado BLT Wrap. I started with a French iced coffee that was really strong and served in a glass mug. The crêpe was fluffy, and the texture was great. I could tell all the fruit in it was fresh because it was sweet. The crepe was decorated nicely with a Nutella drizzle and whipped cream dollops that made it visually pleasing. The food, on top of being good-tasting, had a great presentation. The price was reasonable and the portion a healthy size. The service was friendly and not rushed; our server was Am. We left feeling satisfied and content, and we can recommend returning to explore other menu items.

This location in Englewood recently opened a few months ago. It's a great addition to Palisades Ave! AND they're open late! I'm glad they're expanding in Jersey. You can indulge in crepes, waffles, milk shakes, cakes, sundaes... anything and everything with chocolate. I always order one of their crepes. I tried the House Special ($12) which came with strawberries, bananas, lotus biscoff, and nutella. Service might seem a bit chaotic because they're very busy, but the employees work efficiently and are still friendly. They make the crepes fresh on the spot and pack it with all of the toppings and spreads you want. The fruits are fresh too, which is a major plus ++++ While the prices may look steep, the portion sizes are enough for two people. I'm just a big back at heart, so I can eat it by myself LOL. I've been to two of their other Jersey locations and their quality and service is consistent all around. You can't go wrong with stopping by for some dessert!
