I had a great experience here. This was my first time getting a car tinted. I was able to find Honest Tint through Xpel's registered installers. Liz was absolutely sweet & very helpful! I was uncertain of what tint to use & the employees/Liz took the time to show me the differences on my car before installing the tint. She answered every question I had & told me if I was ever unsatisfied with the darkness of the tint that I could always go back to change it (within reasonable time frame) because they want to make sure I'm happy with their services. I did however choose too light of a tint for my rear windows & told them. They saw me the next day & swapped out the tint no problem. It is incredible how understanding & kind they were to me throughout this whole process. Danny & Liz really do care about customer satisfaction. There is a nice clean lobby you can wait in during your appointment . There's a tv to use too while you wait. There's also a mini fridge with beverages for customers as well. Nothing but positives and an amazing experience. I first spoke with Liz about pricing on tint and windshield protection film on my truck. I am very hesitant on anyone touching my vehicles, but was very interested in their shop because of being an Xpel dealer. I then spoke with Danny and we spent about 15 minutes going over my concerns on the film color/shade. That alone said a lot to me to go over the breakdown of the different color shades between film options. Danny and Liz worked with my schedule and graciously scheduled me for a Friday afternoon to tint side/back windows, windshield, and windshield protection film. Arriving, I was greeted by the both of them and their customer service and attentiveness really shows. Again, Danny and I sat there for about 30 minutes talking about XR Black vs XR Plus 5% and 50% shades as I was super picky when it came to the film's color shade. Danny was very patient, showed me the samples he had in different lighting and outside. As for the work, Danny masked off and covered all the Alcantara and leather on my truck and watching him work. There is a clear sign he is meticulous but efficient with his work. All of the material was machine cut and is perfect on every window. Everything dried perfectly with no air bubbles or dust in any of the film. At first I only wanted the bumpers, then added the hood but ultimately as the price was reasonable and within budget, i decided to go for the Full Front (Bumpers, Headlights, Fenders, Side Mirrors). In need of tint? Look no further! We were looking for nano ceramic tint. I researched 5 different tint companies within the vicinity of East Highland. For the most part, quotes were about the same +/- $30. But, the main difference with Honest Tint, is they provided a quote for XPEL Plus and the others were quoting XPEL Black...and they were the same price. Easy decision.
