Carpet was in stock and ready to go, and while the guys they sent out could have been on time, the whole install happened seamlessly. (unintended play on words - get it? Carpet? Seam? Nevermind). The one point I had a little issue with was some subfloor repair that I was told needed to be done. I have little doubt it needed to be done, but when I couldn't get out to see it for myself, perhaps some photos sent from the job site would have been a good service touch. The refinisher I had hired to do my floors didn't work out, so I contacted him and he came right out to give me an estimate. They started work pretty quick, and were done in a shorter amount of time than the initial contractor had said. They did a great job! My floors are 18 years old and they now look new!
