They sent 3 men to the house (one we found out was the owners son). They checked our unit for some reason and did some repairs (without approval) and then sent us a bill for almost $200.00. They of course told us we needed a new unit and wouldn't replace the ducting until that was done. By the way, our unit worked fine before they got there--we just wanted to check the duct work due to an animal that got in the attic. After they left, the unit started making loud noises and stopped working completely. I called him and he was instantly defensive and lied several times during our conversation. Not sure if they were desperate for work but sending 3 men to check some duct work in the attic, working on our unit and supposedly repairing it when it wasn't broken and then somehow stopped working after they left. When my husband questioned him he wrote back a very unprofessional email and ended it with "enjoy your flat ducts". Very immature, liars and cheats. Don't use this company!!

They are also thieves and don't return belongings they refuse to return my property keys. In addition their electricians are lazy and drags the job out. Just to get the contract the owner will give short time frames of when the job will get done and then they'll turn 2 weeks into 2months. We now have a "new" unit that we paid full price for that has replacement parts and does not have the manufactures label or serial number on the unit. The whole process was a circus and completely not worth the headache. Only positive was installer was nice. Highly recommend using another company that cares about their customers a little more and takes care of business much better.
