Engine, water pump and timing chain specifically. I questioned a couple things that were concerning and "fixed" them. He was also supposed to mail the plates directly to MA. Before we even got the new plates from Aaron, the car was in the shop for repair! I had to text him 3 different times to get an answer about the plates to make it worse. Now, the car has spent a total of 3 weeks in the shop and she has had to pay $6000 in repairs. FOR WORK HE SAID HE HAD ALREADY DONE! Our mechanic told us that he was amazed the car made it all the way! Absolutely, the most dishonest service I have ever had. GO ANYWHERE ELSE DO NOT BUT A SKATEBOARD FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!

When I test drove the vehicle, it had to be jumped to even start. He said it had a new battery which was true but unless you removed the negative cable everytime you drive it, The battery is completely drained overnight. This is Florida so not caused by cold weather. He said he would look at it at no cost. The A/C wasn't working which I was told would be fixed tomorrow. I was also told that would be at no cost. I left the truck there after paying for it. Tomorrow turned into a week. When I went to pick it up, it had to be jumped again as the battery was dead. We got it started and I turned on the A\C and still no a/c!! I actually had to go back to the mechanic area to report this to which he said they sent the wrong part. This same excuse would be used at least 4 more times over the next 6 months. Guess what, I still don't have a\c! Throughout this period of time the vehicle has been at the dealership 5 times and left to be fixed and after weeks, still not fixed. Major inconvenience to get someone to drop me off and take me back and each time. Always the same, I come, keys are in it for me to pick up and not even told it wasn't fixed. Now, this truck is sitting in my driveway with a serpentine belt shredded from a/c pump that is out. Haven't even put 1000 miles on it in 6 months because I was afraid to drive it because of this. Now he says that everyone gets a 50/50 warranty on parts and labor for as long as you own the vehicle. 2 weeks ago he said I can pay to have them fix it. This is after 6 months of lying and saying it would cost me nothing. I am on disability and have nothing left out of my check for anything. Ryan knows this. He also knows that I bought the truck because I needed a large passenger vehicle to take people to church and to the doctors. I have been unable to do either. He knows I'm a preacher yet had no problems lying to me. The day I picked up the vehicle was when hurricane Milton was hitting. I drove it a couple miles to the gas station and there it sat for the next week with no fuel pump. This was in the villages and they do not allow for broke down vehicles. I mention this out of fairness and full disclosure. He finally had it towed to the shop and they did put in a new fuel pump. When I picked it back up, (another week later), I went to put gas in a block away and gas poured all over the ground from a hose which wasn't attached on the top of the tank. They did fix that when I took it back in. Now he will refute this review so I will just dispel whatever batch of bull he is going to say out of his slick serpent tongue. I have all the texts on my phone with him saying free repair No, I did not buy from Carolyn's used cars I have all the texts with him telling me to bring it in to be fixed I have all the dates of drop off and pick ups to show how much time they had my truck to fix it and just never did. Look at his reviews, He seemed to be a better man 5 or 6 years ago as the reviews were good but none in recent years. All one star This review is long enough but there is much more I could say, lies I was told. DO NOT BUY FROM HIM!!

I purchased a 2006 Toyota Corolla mid April 2025 from Stan's Premium Cars. Yes, I know it's an…read moreolder car, but I know Corolla's are known for longevity if taken care of and there were only 140,000 miles on it. I purchased the car knowing that I would need to get some work done on it. I was told on the test drive that the mechanic hadn't had time to do an in-depth inspection. That was okay and trusting that the simple things had been taken care of. After an inspection and $1,500 in repairs, I was told that oil was added but the filters had not been changed nothing else had been done prior. I was just at my mechanic's to get the tires balanced and they discovered a 10 inch long gap between the car frame and the floorboards caused by rust, right at the seam. There is no way I can prove that Stan's Premium did or didn't know about the hole, but it's very obvious and out in the open. I met Stan and he seemed like a trust worthy guy, which is one reason I gave him my business. If Stan allows cars to be sold in this condition with a very obvious flaw to the cars body integrity, I would take his pitch of taking care of his buyers with a grain of salt. I would caution car shoppers to either have the car inspected before purchase or seek out a more reputable dealership (if one even exists).

First off let me say that I initially met with Lisa who was very friendly and seemed trustworthy…read more I explained to her that after a check engine light showed up I had Auto-zone run their scanner on my vehicle. They did so free of charge and returned error code P1757 recommending to replace the governor and possibly the transducer in the transmission. I further explained to Lisa that after the governor and the transducer were replaced, the check engine light returned with the error code P0868. She said they could do a full diagnostics for $150 made be a transmission specialist. She made a note of the recent history on my ticket. I told her I would leave the scanner reports and changed parts in my truck cab in case their technician needed to refer to them. A few hours later, a gentleman who I believe to be the owner called me, saying that they would need me to approve an expense of $600 to $900 for them to finish the diagnostic, because they would need to drop the pan to go further into figuring out what is wrong. I declined and asked when I could pick up my truck. He said he would have to see because they would first have to put my truck back together if I was declining to go any further. I confirmed I wanted my truck back and he said he could have it ready later in the day. When I got there i asked what they had done. it turns out they had only plugged in their scanner and printed out the report. The same type of report I had told them Autozone had done for free and that I had left for their convenience in my truck. I paid my $156 and asked to see the report. obviously it returned the exact same two error codes P0868 and P1757. Nothing more. It took them all but 3mn to start the engine, plug in the scanner, turn off the engine then plug the scanner into their computer and print out the report. So when I remembered that over the phone, the owner had claimed that if I wanted my truck back he would have to see to "put it back together" this was a huge red flag as to their honesty and straight forwardness. When I asked him in person why they did not do more diagnostics then simply running a scanner, when they knew I had already done so, he responded that he was not going to have his guys drop the transmission pan for $150. I would not have had a problem if he had been upfront and had explained that his diagnostics would be nothing more than plugging a scanner. i would have likely skipped that step and asked how much it would cost me to get an actual professional transmission diagnostic. When I got home from their shop, I was surprised to realize that my box with the parts and diagnostics report made by Autozone were no longer in my truck. Needless to say I will find someone else to work on my vehicle.
