Just opened up a new bakery to the right side that is delicious (serves pastries, fresh bagels and their coffee). Shh, the lines are shorter over here. I have NEVER been disappointed with the Lab and there is a reason this place has been open for so long. After looking at the menu, we ordered a Matcha Latte and a Double Espresso. The matcha latte was expertly prepared and absolutely delicious, tailored perfectly to my spouse liking. The space was smaller than I expected and really busy during weekday lunch. Lots of people studying inside, and almost everyone seemed to have a matcha latte. I ordered the matcha ube latte and omg, it was one of the best matchas I've had. The ube flavor paired so well with the matcha without overpowering it.
