On their initial visit, the tech told us how to reset our side slide which was experiencing uneven movement and sticking. They also set an appointment for the following week to repair or our furnace. They showed up early for the repair and it wound up being $200 less than the original quote. They removed the furnace and cleaned out the mess left by dirt daubers (thanks previous owner!), then reinstalled and made sure the screen was in place to prevent future problems. Alan and Rachelle are awesome. First class place. They installed an outside entertainment cabinet in my 2008 Holiday Rambler Scepter and everything is great. Looks better than original ones I have seen. This was no easy task and involved some major work to fit in; back of couch had to be modified, wiring, paint match and all done perfect. They keep u informed of work being done and return all calls in a timely manner. Another thing is they keep all rigs locked inside, not just sitting in parking lot at night.
