Transparency. I was quoted a 4.9% on a Suzuki. I left the business to go home and by the time I got home, they called me to tell me it was not 4.9% but would be 6.9%. We have taken our motorcycles and ATVs only to find that they over charged us, and have had to take the items back a second time, because they did not fix the problem the first time. Reading reviews it seems to go down hill over the years. Also sounds like people are happy with getting parts, or buying NEW, but the service department can't seem to get it right, and over charging for poor service read more

I did not buy my trike from them but I would think that a Honda dealer, sells Goldwing's, would be able to service a Honda recall. They will not service a Goldwing. I am having to drive to McKinney Texas to get the recalled fuel pump replaced. I will continue to ride to McKinney for anything I need for my wing, Damn shame since I live 4 miles from Jones and have to drive 2 hours to get service. read more

talk about buyers remorse. worst purchase I've ever made in my life. first they sent me home with a new seadoo that had no oil in it. after operating the new ski with no oil the engine oil light came on. we took it back and they said they fixed it but after 3 more attempts the engine still does not run properly. we've never gotten a days use out of the ski. it is a lemon and they refuse to give us a new one or a refund. they are forcing us to get a consumer protection attorney. it's all just horrible! read more

Let me start off by saying that I dealt with Zack Leatherwood the General Manager and my sales guy was Greg. Alright... time for my testament to this wonderful dealer!!! I was looking for a UTV for a month or so in the DFW area (where I live) and happen to run across Jones Powersports as a dealer in Oklahoma that has impressive stock so I gave them a call. I immediately got on the phone with Greg (sales) and I told him what I was interested in within 30 minutes he had an out the door price for me with a hell of a deal!!! So I went ahead and bit and got a trailer to drive from Fort Worth to Oklahoma (2.5 Hours) and showed up to an awesome store front with a TON of stocked items and I was actually greeted by 4 folks asking if I needed anything (rare these days)..but of course I was there for my salesman Greg. So the previous review about not getting help is not a fair review for this business at all if you ask me. After going through the paperwork and looking over the machine, I located a MINOR manufacturing defect and informed my salesguy about it and immediately it was an like a wasp nest around there of mechanics and folks just willing to try and figure out the defect right then and there (including the Manager Zack). They could not fix it then so they let me know they would fix and deliver to me for FREE in Fort Worth for my troubles and they also threw in a few more things for my troubles as well... I have to say that there is absolutely no dealerships that will do this these days especially at a high volume store like Jones.
