I told them that a lot of the things in there were trash and throw a lot of stuff away but the Gal in my living room threw away a very expensive older pair of Black leather boots of mine that I've had for years I just happen d to have a small hole in the soul of the boot, and she decided it was garbage and threw it away!!! I also noticed that about three pairs of my jeans were thrown away along with other clothing..Also later on I also discovered that the paperwork to my 2002 Chevy Tahoe, Along with all the maintenance records and the title to my BMW were all thrown away!! UNREAL!! Could this lady have just asked me what needs to be thrown away and what doesn't?? When I discovered my black leather boots had been thrown away, I called them and confronted them on that, and they told me that the boots were garbage and trash, and that I would have to pay$ them to go look for the boots in the garbage!!! These BOOTS meant a lot to me, and they also cost me a lot of money...That one girl on the phone told me that they were trash anyway because they had a hole in them... I'm like OMG!! Horrible!! Later on I got a threatening message or two from "Yasmin" Stating that if I put a yelp review on about them they would go ahead and show pictures of my garbage..She even went as far as to say "I know your type" ect..I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND!! I've dealt with a lot of cleaning companies, and this is got to be the lowest of low there is..These Women come across as nice at first, But will throw your clothes away if you're not watching God only knows what else they will do!!! BEWARE!!!

I love coming home after they have been there. I asked if it was possible for them to change our sheets and they took the initiative to change them when I forgot to leave them out. We have an inside cat and she always takes great care to make sure he doesn't get out and she is great with our puppy. There have never been any scheduling delays and she is very responsive via text message. I have referred her to two of our friends in the neighborhood and they were really pleased as well. I am so thankful to have found Yazmin - she is trustworthy, efficient and worth every penny!

I hired Amaranda and her staff to clean my condo and was super pleased!…read more To set the stage, I have had cleaners for my condo ever since I moved into it (brand new!) over 16 years ago. My original cleaners used to be very reasonably priced, and I asked them to come by every 2 months or so for maintenance only because I'm pretty good at keeping things pretty clean and just need someone to do deep cleaning of the kitchen and bathrooms every now and then. However, I noticed in the past few years that my old cleaning service was staying for a shorter period of time each visit, and their actual cleaning became more haphazard and perfunctory with every year (for example, they literally started cutting corners when vacuuming and would not wipe all kitchen surfaces). And in the past year, my old service raised their price by 40% and also told me I could only get a 10% discount if I committed to regular monthly service. Well, I wasn't going to pay them more to keep doing less (and only a perfunctory cleaning job at that)! Amaranda and her team were recommended to me by my sister, who has used their cleaning services for over 3 years now and at two different locations along the Peninsula. I don't do regularly scheduled cleaning, I just text Amaranda when I need a cleaning. Scheduling can be a bit difficult at times because Amaranda and her crew work all over the Bay Area, and they need to fit in travel and clients in different locations. I try to let Amaranda know a week or two in advance and give a few days and times that will work. While scheduling a few weeks in advance can be a bit of a pain (it's definitely not on demand!), in the past 3 times I have scheduled them, Amaranda and her team have always been very punctual. As for the services themselves, Amaranda is a gem when it comes to deep cleaning and organization! I have a lot of stuff, having lived in the same place for the past 16 years and being, admittedly, a bit of a pack rat. Amaranda is a genius when it comes to organizing the madness and helping me get rid of junk that I don't need. They are thorough and thoughtful and work extremely hard. I wholeheartedly recommend Amaranda's House Cleaning and will happily continue to use their services!

Amaranda has been my housekeeper for over a year now. She does a great job! She and her team are…read moretotally trustworthy. The rate is a little higher than my last housekeeper, but she does a better job, is more reliable, and is easy to get a hold of via text. Also, keep in mind the rate for the first cleaning is higher than the ongoing rate, since the first cleaning will take longer than usual. Her reminders like clockwork the day prior are a huge help. The key to being satisfied with any housekeeper is meeting the her/him in your home prior to the first cleaning and discussing exactly what you expect. The reality is, not everyone has the same list in mind when they think of what a housekeeper will do on each visit. Also, I was able to explain which things only need to be done monthly versus every time. If something isn't getting done the way I expect, I let her know via text and she takes care of it on her next visit (this has maybe happened once). In the spirit of full disclosure, one or two things have been broken over the past year, but Amaranda always lets me know and offers to try to replace it. I have had housekeepers for over 20 years, and I've never had a housekeeper who didn't break something. Some previous housekeepers have tried to hide the fact that they broke something. Even when you're careful, things will sometimes break, and that's a fact of life. What's important is whether the housekeeper admits it right away and does what she can to make it right, and Amaranda does both. Also, my cat dislikes her less than any other housekeeper (he doesn't like anybody if I'm not around). :) Speaking of my cat, she does a great job of getting my couch free of cat hair, and that's no small feat! One last thing, Amaranda actually cares about her customers as people. She always asks how I'm doing if I happen to be home when she comes to clean. She would ask how my mom was doing since I had previously shared with her that my mom had breast cancer. She would ask how I was doing after my dog died. She let me know that she and her mom were praying for me and my mom. She genuinely cares about her customers. She's the best housekeeper I've ever had.

Obviously - how clean the house is. And it was as good as it gets. The house was perfectly clean, and very consistently so. 2. Showing up on time: again - perfect score here. Over the whole summer Amelia was never late more than 10 minutes, and was usually exactly on time. 3. Trust - we felt perfectly comfortable not being home while Amelia was here. We trusted her completely, and, of course, turns out we were right to do so. 4. Price - in our experience, most cleaners charge very similar prices. In practice, no one beat her price for our place.
