I stayed the night here last night and this hotel is incredible! When you walk in there is gorgeous fireplace and reception area. Upon checking in I was given a complimentary welcome bag with a couple bottled waters and a package of Milano cookies- this may not be something given to all guests, my employer who used to travel all the time has a membership with hilton and she booked my stay for me. The suite was absolutely beautiful, clean and spacious! It had 2 Queen Beds, a living room area with a couch, comfy chairs, 2 TV's, a kitchenette with just about everything you could need for cooking if you wanted to. A small coffee pot with a few coffee pods and tea and a small but decent bathroom as well as a little outside patio with chairs. It was nice being on the 4th floor as there was very minimal noise. I spent about 20 min at the pool and I had it all to myself.. and then this morning I had breakfast here. Their breakfast buffet was overall pretty great. Something for everyone's tastes! Oatmeal, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, muffins, breads, cereal, a variety of spreads, juices, coffee, water, tea, potatoes, scrambled eggs, bacon, a station where you can make your own breakfast tacos complete with jalepenos, cheese, hot sauces, salsa and a very delicious honey lime crema!!! Mmm mmm!! My only issue with breakfast was the foods that should have been hot were only somewhat warm in temperature but the flavors were good so i'm not really complaining. If I have the opportunity to stay here again, I absolutely would as it's one of the best hotel experiences i've had! read more

What a beautiful clean huge room INCREDIBLE FREE breakfast and gorgeous grounds this hotel DEFINITELY was our best stay in Boise!! We got a suite fully equipped with a kitchenette... dishes, pans, full size fridge and dishwasher! The walkin shower was perfect as well as a king size bed & living room. I cant say enough about the breakfast tho. WOWZA they spare no expense! Hot bacon, potatoes, biscuits, gravy, eggs, waffles, tortilla bar, yogurt bar, fruit bar, drinks bar...and quality as if you're eating at a high end buffet. read more

We had 3 adults, 2 kids and a XL dog in one of their suites (2 queen beds in the bedroom and a pull out bed in the living room) for 5 days and it worked pretty good. The room/living room/kitchen are small but we made it work. The whole hotel is nicely furnished and beautiful. Service is great! Everyone we came in contact with was kind and helpful! Their daily continental breakfast was a huge plus! The food overall is 3/5 stars BUT not having to cook or clean breakfast is amazing and they did have a lot of different food options. Im also a huge fan that they have Coffee/Decaf/Hot Water available all day long. Not having to buy breakfast and coffee definitely saves some money. The beds are not comfortable, you can feel the springs. But it wasn't too terrible for a 5 night stay. We were able to do a load of laundry easily, bring quarters if you need to do laundry during your stay. The indoor pool and gym area are awesome. There's also a small basketball court here which would be fun for older kids. There is a large park directly across the street. Large grassy area, volleyball ball courts, large jungle gym area, splash pad during summer time and access to walking trails. This is perfect for walkers/dog owners/ parents with kids. We were staying on the 2nd floor and the only thing that was hard to deal with during our stay was that one of the 5 nights, our room smelled like campfire all night long which really bothered my lungs and I wasn't able to sleep much. We were not sure why the smoke smell was coming through the AC, we had no windows open. When we told the front desk the next morning, they had no idea why that would have happened. Hopefully they can fix whatever the problem was so that no future guests have to deal with that. read more

Incredibly clean rooms. I want to talk about the breakfast because it slapped. In addition to your typical hotel breakfast options they had overnight oats, chia seed pudding, and fixings for a bussin breakfast burrito. I'm not talking just scrambled eggs and hasbrowns. They had homestyle potatoes, two different salsas, pickled onions and jalapeños, and a good sized selection of hot sauces. The bacon was so perfect a cardiologist in a the neighboring city wept silent tears. Babies stopped crying and Atheists declared "God is good!" as we celebrated our feast. Tip the hell out of the breakfast mistress because she is on top of things and cleanliness is her middle name. They have to go containers, Utensils and disposable gloves if you don't feel like people witnessing you devour Heaven's bacon. I'm bummed we were only here for one night. The pool was good sized and clean. It'd be even better if they filled it with bacon. Then you could work out after in the gym next to the pool. 10/10 would sleep here again! read more

Hotel is pretty clean and the rooms are big. Definitely a great place to bring kids. The beds are HORRIBLE. They are super hard and the pillows suck. The service is mediocre. Im staying with my son who is a Diamond level patron and who was told there are complimentary snacks available to that level guest, upon check in. Just came from the lobby. Was told by what could only be described as a dismissive front desk clerk that, 'You could have some popcorn '. Popcorn. A microwave popcorn packet. Had I known that such stellar snacks were available to high level Hilton guests , I would be staying at Hiltons much more often! Customarily, attentive service is the hallmark of excellence. My hm insur co is paying for me to stay here during a kitchen leak repair.... I'm very impressed with the location (close to the Greenbelt & walking paths & multi restaurants) as well as being pet friendly & many room configurations, incl many accessibility features. A hot breakfast is incl every morning, coffee/tea/cocoa avail thru the day, the gym is very well equipped & spacious... & the pool is especially nice... as pool is 3-5ft in depth & covered... though doors are open during the day... so I've been able to enjoy it in the shade during 100+ degree weather. No hot tub, but the accessibility/lift chair is conveniently located. I will definitely recommend this hotel to locals & tourists alike! read more

Stayed here in July with my wife and dog and was extremely disappointed in the customer service and booking policy at this hotel. We called ahead of time on the road and received confirmation they were pet friendly. We booked a room on the phone and we're given a quote that did not match the amount at the front desk once we arrived. We even let the lady at the front desk know what we were quoted and who we spoke with but she did not seem to care nor want to help make the situation right. After driving 500 miles unfortunately we were too tired to leave and go searching for another hotel so instead we had to overpay the original quote that was given to us on the phone from THEIR booking system. read more

What an incredible facility! I needed a last minute hotel for my family of 4 and was able to get a room here. The room (suite) was very well done with 2 queen beds and a fold out bed in the couch. Very nice kitchenette and absolutely spotless and clean inside. I paid $334 per night which was a little more than I was planning on but at the last minute it was worth it. Very safe environment outside with a walking trail nearby and several restaurants in the area. I will come here again if visiting the area again. read more

My friend and I stayed here and we thought it was one of the best hotels we've ever been to! Everything is really clean and the decor is done well. The lobby is spacious and comfortable to hang out it; there is a fireplace with a fire always burning (of course we were there when it was cold). The desk staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are comfortable and well laid out. We had a balcony and a kitchen, with a full refrigerator and a dishwasher. The breakfast was fabulous and the area nicely appointed, and real plates and cutlery were used. The front desk staff, breakfast serving staff, and housekeeping staff are all really friendly and helpful. The gym is great - spacious and with a variety of cardio equipment, free weights, weight bench, and other useful equipment. The indoor pool area is nice and the water was warm enough. We had both the gym and pool to ourselves when we used them.I noticed that one side of the pool area has one of those retractable walls with a nice outdoor area that would be nice in warm weather. The only thing missing for me was a jacuzzi. But I will definitely stay here again and look for Homewood Suites in other areas that I visit. read more

I'm shocked to see all of the low reviews for this hotel. My husband and I were so happy with our stay. All of the front desk staff members were so friendly to us the entire stay. There was not a single time we came into the hotel without being greeted with a smile. Remember that you get back what you put off. The room was a nice size and had everything you could need for an extended stay. The kitchen was well stocked and even had a full refrigerator/freezer. Everything was clean. They have the best shower head with great water pressure. The bed was very comfortable. The indoor pool was the perfect temperature. The gym was spacious and well taken care of. There is an outdoor basketball court you can use. The front desk has a ball they can provide if you ask for it. Outside of the pool area there is a nice rock fire pit with a spacious outdoor sitting area. They have complimentary breakfast which is a plus compared to the other Hilton property down the road. It's basic, but there was a lot of options that change daily. Their market when you come into the hotel is also well stocked in case you don't want to leave the hotel. If you do decide to eat out visit Bardenay down the street, you will not regret it. Overall our stay was very pleasant and we will definitely be back when visiting Eagle. The place was immaculate. We loved every minute of our 5 day stay. Everyone was amazing. Until the checkout time. Family of 6 trying to get out as quickly as we could. We received warnings-even after they saw us trying to load our vehicle with 4 kiddos 2-8yo. We were treated awful at checkout! I have never received such horrible customer service. And the woman wanted to argue with us! We were clean and quiet and 20 mins late-evicted. It tainted the entire stay. Sad. I tried talking out the situation-I said ok I am filling my coffee and leaving- she told me I could not fill up! Hahahaha! Literally every other person we saw and had the pleasure of taking to was polite. This one woman-ruined the entire place. Customer service is no more. read more

This review is a long time coming! We stayed at this hotel as an extended stay situation until we moved into our home. Our stay was approximately one month or a bit more. We were respectful, clean and excellent patrons. We were happy that the room was brand new and never occupied, however, there were some issues such as ants, kitchen staff not following hygiene protocols, dirty pet area and loud noisy guests above us. We complained a few times and the hotel made us feel as if we were lying about the noisy guests above which was bullshit! There are other reviews out there, for example, on Google that mention noisy guests above the rooms. The General Manager is a complete and total bitch and her staff is not much better. They act like it is social hour there and do not pay attention to the guests' needs; their attitudes are horrific!! Despite some hiccups, we wanted to stay there again as our home was going to be remodeled. I directly emailed and called the General Manager and she never so much as responded to me. She treated us like we were scum off of the street and made it quite clear she didn't want excellent patrons such as us staying at that hotel because of our complaints which were valid and we shouldn't have had to tolerate. Her behavior as well as the rest of the staff was unacceptable, arrogant and disgusting!! She should be fired for her attitude and not accepting more business especially from people who are NOT scumbags coming off of the street!! Would never step foot in this fucking shithole again!! read more
