When I arrived, the women at the counter finished checking me in. They were nice enough, but not super friendly. The waiting room is large and unassuming. Everything seemed pretty clean. I only had to wait about 20 min, which is great for Urgent Care. After the nurse took my vitals and listened to my concerns, I only had to wait another 5 minutes for the doctor. Overall, I was in and out in far less time than expected. The dr. only spent a brief moment with me before sending some prescriptions over to the pharmacy. While I don't feel like I got many answers about my illness, I did receive quick care and some medication that will hopefully have me feeling better quickly. I would return for future medical needs.

One star is too much for this horrible place. "Dr. O" is horrible and needs to retire immediately,…read morehe pays no real attention to the patient at all. He will look at you and already have a diagnosis made up. My child came in for xray of an arm injury (a break) and clear as day said he was "fine no break" and sent him home with ibuprofen and said "if my radiologist finds anything you will receive a call". No call after one day and called the office over 5 times, no answers to any of my attempted calls. His arm continues to get worse so we head to children's ER where it is under an hr diagnosed with a break of the elbow. I should be able to trust and have confidence that if you provide x rays you will be competent enough to read the results and not send a child home with a broken limb. Do not come here unless you have a common cold.

There is a doctor Mary Weatherington here that rushes you out of your appointment without listening…read moreto your health problems. She is quick to rush you out the door & limits the amount of health complaints you can talk to her about during your visit. She told me the clinic only allows her to spend 7-10 minutes per patient & spends most of this time typing in her laptop so be prepared for her to walk out of the room when your time is up! Lately she is not really concerned with patient care. She does no research when it comes to helping a patient that is not doing well & she simply tries multiple medications until she can hopefully guess which one may or may not help you feel better. She looks tired & frustrated & this comes across with her lack of compassion & NASTY attitude towards the staff & patients. You can hear her yelling at her staff routinely when she is upset. I believe she has forgotten that without a loyal staff she could not be successful at helping patients improve their health.. Don't bother calling the triage nurse over the phone if you need a refill; it takes more than a week for the office to get back to you or your pharmacy but they will try to get you to come in for more visits to get your refills which most doctors will do over the phone when they call your pharmacy. Stay away from this clinic! The nasty attitude of this doctor has confirmed to me that she is not happy with her job but that is no reason for her to take it out on her staff & patients. Doctor Weatherington either quit your job & move on or think back to why you became a Doctor way back during your younger days. I am sure you have lost your way & pray you find it again. If not just retire... you are done!
